We purchased our property in 2017 and longed for the dream to build a home. Well, we built that home. We are now ready to share our place where we find so much tranquility with others. You can see how the old orange groves worked as we haven't filled in all the furrows yet. The old orange Grove is now home to cattle, horses, goats, ducks, and our little family. Learn more about this land: Bring your RV away from the hustle and bustle of the city to the wide open spaces of the country. The only sounds you'll hear are cows mooing, goats baaing, and horses neighing. Sunsets and the stars are a site to see out here. THE PROPERTY: The owners live on the property with their 2 children and are willing to be helpful in anyway. Children are more than welcome to tag along. Being kid friendly is a plus for us as our kids might be running around enjoying their property. Can't forget dog friendly either. Our dogs love to greet our guests. NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: If beaches are on your agenda, South Causeway and Fort Pierce Inlet State Park are only 25 minutes from the beach! Our favorite place to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner is Carter's Grocery, which is only 4 minutes from our property. ACTIVITIES: We have chickens that lay eggs and are great for eating so if you'd like some fresh eggs, feel free to go over to their house and grab some. We have a Pavillion with a fire pit that is welcomed to be used. Our dock provides a look out on our pond. Please feed the fish some food if you'd like. Also, take time to fish in our pond and catch some tilapia or blue gill. The kids have a blast fishing as the fish are easy to catch. THE SPACE: The site you'll be staying at is close to the owners house. There are 2 parking spots on asphalt that are available for the campers vehicles or park directly at your site. The ground will be grass that the camper will park on. Please note: we have 2 gates with gate codes that shut automatically. Please be sure each gate closes behind you! We have free roaming cattle and other farm animals outside the camping area. We are always open to recommendations on how we can make your stay even better! We cant wait to share our property with you and hopefully you'll find our place as somewhere you'd love to return!

This was such fun! Beautiful piece of property and very peaceful. We enjoyed visiting with the animals and just sitting under the awning. Definitely would like to go back.

Incredible place with wonderful people who make you feel super welcome! Was even given a hand-crafted horseshoe which we kept in our camper as a memory. Spending time with the animals was something we will never forget <3

Beautiful, quiet spot with livestock and wildlife everywhere. Nice spacious camping area with good tasting water. Host was friendly and accommodating. Would camp here again!

We had a very nice experience at. Tara’s place. Unfortunately we did not get to meet her. The location was very nice and quiet. It’s a nice place to relax after a long a few days of driving I am sure we will Stop by again on our way through the area

Camping at Tara's site was great! If you enjoy peace , quiet, farm animals, and country living, you have found your spot! The hosts were very nice, and the site was as advertised! I would not hesitate to book here again!!!

Absolutely loved my stay at the rugged C ranch. Very and nice a quiet. Great hosts. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Perfect water pressure(no regulator needed) and water quality. No issues with my 50amp power service. And great price compared to the big places during snow bird season.

A bucolic setting that is quiet and spacious. Tara and her family were friendly and available, but unobtrusive. I loved staying among the animals.

We ended up camping here during the coldest week of the year, and still had fun! Loved letting our dog get to roam instead of having to stay on a leash. It’s great for a romantic getaway or families with little ones.

We were late, and it was dark; Tara was very patient with my many requests for directions. We settled into our spot immediately for much-needed rest in the back of our RAV4. Peaceful, friendly property. We saw a large, very well-groomed, healthy-looking pig being escorted to its pen, and we immediately named him El Puerco Presidente. We had to leave at daybreak; otherwise, we may have stayed to enjoy the property more. Thank you, Tara, for tolerating our late booking and arrival!

I was looking for a spot to take my son on his first camping trip and my dog. This property is completely fenced in. My dog got to experience a giant pig, goats and cows and even played with a young calf. Tara is super friendly and will make sure everything goes great during your stay. Highly recommended!

If you really want to get away, this is the place! Tara and family are there if needed and invisible when not. It's not that far from any needed supplies, yet almost remote in feeling. The next time we're in the area again we want to stay here.

What a wonderful ranch and what an amazing family! We had a lovely stay over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our time. So peaceful and yet many things to do. I would recommend this place highly!

Good communication from host for getting onto property, very safe location and quiet at night. As it is a working ranch so there was early activity but I had to get up to go to a job anyhow. The host helped me get a stuck door open on my RV and made sure I had everything I needed

We just loved this beautiful property & all the sweet animals. It's quiet, peaceful & beautiful and very well managed & kept. Tara was excellent with communication & extremely responsive if we had questions. Would definitely stay again!

Rugged C property is a beautiful little piece of heaven on earth. Very peaceful and calming. The animals make it an extra special place to stay. Having cows, horses or minis just outside your windows is something I could never get tired of seeing. The sunsets out here are spectacular too!! The host has done a wonderful job of making myself and my daughter feel welcome. They maintain their property very well. I've enjoyed staying here so much that I have extended my stay. I would 100% recommend this host and property 👌

Tara and her family are absolutely wonderful hosts. Their property is beautiful, with great views and amenities. I was invited to their fire pit, they offered me a delicious meal, and fresh eggs from their chicken house. I cannot recommend their location and hospitality enough! I look forward to my next visit!

We tent camped, location was very clean, safe, well kept, quiet during the day and night, the hosts were very welcoming and inviting. Apart from their house, the view all around you is nature, cattle, horses, etc… and there was no smell. You don’t see any neighbors or activity.
