A private urban oasis right off I95/ Marina Mile Boulevard with full hookups. Both 50 amp/ 30 amp service available plus water and sewer. *No annual rentals. *Monthly not available. LOCATION Less than 2 mi from Fort Lauderdale Airport, downtown Fort Lauderdale, Port Everglades cruise port, and Lauderdale Marine Center. Under 1 mile away: -Big Lots -Winn Dixie -Dollar Tree -Dunkin Donuts -McDonalds -7/11 -Walgreens THE PARK Private entrance to the city park on the back side of the property. PARKING Free parking for 2 cars. *Absolutely no on-street parking. The city will issue you fines directly. NOISE ORDINANCE Guests must adhere to the city wide noise ordinance which is applicable all hours or the day with quiet hours starting at 10 pm. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY No more than 6 people on premise at any given time. PETS Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in writing ahead of arrival. All pet waste must be picked up by guests and placed in the garbage bins provided in real time. WASTE We ask that guests sorts and roll bins to and from the curb in accordance with the city garbage ordinance.This River Oaks Fort Lauderdale Oasis is a full hookup pad tucked away in a residential neighborhood between single family homes in a quiet neighborhood near the the Safe Harbor Lauderdale Marine Center just East of I95 off the Marina Mile State Road 84 exit. The site borders Esterre Davis Wright Park and is completely fenced in with private access to the park itself along the backside of the property. HOOKUPS 50/30 amp hookups Potable water GATE Gate to enter swings 90° perpendicular to the fence on both sides and is 16 feet in width. There is a combo lock to access the property. GRILL *Grill shown temporarily not available (May-June 2024) *There is a charcoal grill available in the adjacent park just through the gate. FIRE PIT There is currently not a fire pit on premise and we do not allow an open fire to be constructed. Guests who bring a fire pit or solo stove with them are allowed to utilize it in the designated space shown on the map in the listing. The fire must be under supervision at all times and may never be within 12 feet of the border fence. CAMERAS This site is monitored by a camera. There is a camera facing the interior of the gate for security purposes. Guests are not allowed to tamper with or cover the camera at any time.

It was a great little spot. I was working at the shipyard nearby and made things very convenient. Shaded and cozy yard. My cat loved having a nice open space to run around.

🌴 River Oaks Urban Tropical Pad
This spot is a suburban oasis perfect for what we needed. The property is well kept and relatively private with the tasteful wooden fence, benches and lounging area. The privacy made it super convenient for us to stay with our two larger dogs since they could roam off leash. The easy access to the adjacent park was nice for walking the pups. Our 27’ rig fit in the gravel pad without issue. And having full hookups, yes, sewer included was a plus. I commend the hosts for their easy checkin process and great communication . We will definitely return if we need a stopover in the Ft Lauderdale area. A+

Great Spot for RV Camping

🌴 River Oaks Urban Tropical Pad
I thought this was a very cute space, but it is best suited for RVs mainly because of the city noise and the amount of nighttime activity in the adjacent park. That your RV has a restroom is a big plus too since there’s no bathroom. I was in a tent so I ended up switching to a hotel for my second night. No doubt that they made the space very nice and inviting—it makes a great rest stop on a road trip.

The Guesthouse Tropical Pad was awesome! Just like the pics. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to pull into with my camper van. Self check in with as ideal. I’m looking forward to staying there again.

🌴 River Oaks Urban Tropical Pad
We stayed here because we wanted to be away from but close to home. It was our first time camping since getting our Airstream back from the dealership (for warranty repairs). The location was very serene and well-maintained. We enjoyed meals from local restaurants and food trucks - all within a short drive. I would definitely camp here again.

It was my first experience using hipcamp and loved it great communication, privacy and a good night's rest near where I needed to be the next morning, great area for anyone wanting to spend a few days, wonderful private yard seating areas and a grill. Very happy to spend my last night of traveling for two years here. Before starting my new van life adventure in Puerto Rico. Thank you for the opportunity to stay.
