End of the road, quiet and peaceful! We are thrilled to share our space with you. We are located close to so many things to do here in N Central Fl; springs, state parks, beaches, horse events, boating, and fishing. And as lifelong Florida residents, we can help you find some great out of the limelight spots to enjoy! Because we know you will enjoy our Rainbow River, we will include tubes for a lazy day float with all our sites! We have 2 RV sites with water, electric and sewer; one 50 amp site and one 30 amp site. We also have a small travel trailer on our 30 amp site, in case you just want to bring your toothbrush and live the dream! Additionally we have added several van friendly boondock sites near our outdoor bathhouse and restroom. All sites are private and peaceful, although sometimes our neighbor will release his cows on his grass farm next door. I personally find it very pastoral and am not bothered by "the girls" in the least! ( Read no noticeable smells or insects!) There are 2 homes on site; hubby and I both work. There is a resident property manager for any emergencies. We also have 2 very sweet dogs who will come say hello, and as a result, we will consider your pets on a case by case basis. We have a fully fenced property and you will have a gate remote for the duration of your stay. The property itself is still fairly wild with native trees and scrub. including plenty of wildlife; have noted whipporwills quail and other songbirds, squirrels, foxes, turkeys and sandhill cranes. We do allow campfires, as county mandates permit. We will generally provide some firewood for you to use while you stay with us. You will find we are pretty chill hosts and love having friends we haven't met yet come stay with us!

Site 2 is the south eastern corner of our property that has been developed to accommodate rigs of up to 36', and is wired for 50 amps. Also water and sewer. This site is private and quiet, far enough away from Site 1 and our homes to give you plenty of peace! We use a secondary back gate for larger rigs to enter the property and we can discuss instructions upon your booking. This would also make a huge tent site for someone to enjoy. That corner literally has only cows for neighbors! Tent campers can use shower house facility and restroom located close by, at our van sites.

One of your hosts is an avid Van Guy and has created an oasis for those folks who enjoy the Van Life! There are several areas carved out of our natural habit that are suitable for vans to pull into; in the Spring each year, we host up to 14 vans on our property! There is a toilet and shower house that you are welcome to use.

Site 1 is the home of our 26 ft travel trailer, Joy, when she is home! We have built a lovely paver patio and she sits among the trees in the southeast corner of our property. The view from the picture window is of our neighbors cow calf finish pasture and if you are lucky, you may get to see the girls! She is a self contained Mallard that has been lovingly remodeled for our use and to accommodate our new friends. She is full equipped with everything you need to be home away from home; beautiful linens and towels, a fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker, toaster and microwave and fridge. Fabulous mattress ensures a restful nite and the air is ice cold! Although there are 2 homes on the property, everything is self contained so that no one is on top of you! We are fully fenced and you will have the use of a gate remote during your stay with us.
