Our stay at Oak Hayvin Retreat was truly magical. The property is incredibly quiet and secluded, making it easy to feel completely immersed in nature. Vince and Haylie were so welcoming, and accommodating!.
The retreat is tucked away in a beautifully remote location, and we were fortunate to see deer, wild turkeys, and countless birds right on the property. The walking trails were peaceful and well maintained, and the thoughtfully built tree stand was such a special touch. Sitting among the trees, listening to the birds and watching wildlife pass by, was an unforgettable experience.
This trip meant so much to us and is one we will always cherish. Thank you, Vince and Haylie, for sharing your beautiful property. I would highly recommend Oak Hayvin Retreat to anyone looking to escape the city and enjoy some truly serene, peaceful time away.

Oak Hayvin Retreat
I loved the privacy of this beautiful spot. Being able to pull in and be undercover and simply plug-in was a luxury. Having the place all to myself, seeing the deer and the stars late at night made for a peaceful respite. Walked the trail on the property in the afternoon and simply relaxed. Highly recommend.

Oak Hayvin Retreat
We had a great stay! As full timers we find ourselves at rv campgrounds a lot - it was such a treat to have our own place to stay. This site is the definition of private. Tucked away on backroads and completely surrounded by woods. Roads are not paved but were in great condition and we had no issues. Hosts Vince and Haylie provided clear directions to find the site, and the entrance is protected by a gate. The tree lined driveway leads back to the wonderful pole barn that we thoroughly enjoyed. Full hookups a major plus. Wonderful stay, one of our favorite Hipcamp’s, would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful land. Definitely lots of hunters around so keep in mind when you hear late night gunshots and dog barking but didn’t bother us any. Vince was a great host!

Oak Hayvin Retreat
Surrounded by trees, this land is perfect for privacy and seclusion but not too far from town. The pole barn was the best feature...protection from the sun and rain.
Our dogs loved the large, open field. We enjoyed watching the bats in the evening. The sky was beautiful at night. You can actually see the stars as it is very dark. We received very detailed directions. Vince was very helpful and friendly. This was our first HipCamp experience and it was perfect!

Very quiet, secluded, PRIVATE! We enjoyed our stay in the “wilderness” with full hookups, the dogs loved the field, and the pole barn was great for keeping the Florida sun off our camper! We would definitely stay here again, it feels like it’s way out in the woods but it’s close to everything you need (groceries, gas, restaurants, etc).

This is a beautiful place. The only sounds you can hear are from nature, The pole barn was a nice feature and allowed us to spend most of our time outside. Not too far off of the paved road and less than 20 minute drive to Live Oak. Very secluded and exactly what we needed after working all week.

Nice quiet location. It is great having the pole barn for shade as well as rain protection. The trails are nice. Our dog loved it. We heard barred owls and coyotes at night. Saw 4 deer in the driveway in the morning. Nice fireplace. Property is clean and well kept. It is a great place to escape humans.

This is what we consider camping. We purchased an RV 2 years ago and are so disillusioned with the "RV" lifestyle... Most rv parks are horrific and overpriced. This was such a refreshing change. Beautiful property all to ourselves. Vince has thought of everything and we are very thankful that you are willing to share this with others. Thank you.
