We had a pretty terrible experience at this place. Driving up, it has kind of a junkyard feel to it. The cabin is right up against the host’s farm with buildings, parked cars, and animal pens and no real privacy in between. One positive I can say was that the inside of the cabin was clean at least. However, it’s not comfortable to lounge in and there is a lack of basic amenities. The futon has no backrest and there is a small table with 2 uncomfortable chairs. That’s it. So we stayed outside almost the entire time except to sleep. Speaking of which, the beds in the loft are covered in plastic and have what feels like cheap polyester sheets so I was sweating all night. Extremely uncomfortable. In terms of cooking, there is only one small hot plate available. On top of that, the hosts don’t provide firewood or coals for you to be able to at least cook outdoors. With all the fees, we paid $172 for ONE NIGHT! For that price, I expected much more from this place. So we were never going to come back here anyway but the cherry on top was being repeatedly falsely accused after we left by the unhinged host, Kelli, of breaking house rules and smoking inside, which we 100% did not do. We are middle aged professionals, not troublemakers, and we don’t smoke indoors anywhere. So being repeatedly berated by the host with false accusations just really sealed the deal for us, never again.

Kelli’s land truly exceeded my expectations. What stood out the most was how peaceful and spacious everything felt. The little house and the entire property have beautiful details that reflect so much love in every corner. Each outdoor space welcomed me with a deep sense of peace, connection to nature, and the silence I was looking for.
Kelli was incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. And the fresh eggs she brought us were absolutely delicious.
If you’re seeking a serene, nature-filled place with a thoughtful and caring host, this is the perfect spot.

We had a fantastic time staying at this lovely tony house as our base for a weekend of camping and adventures. We loved that we could enjoy the wilderness during the day and return to exactly what we needed to relax after a long day outdoors. A wonderful firepit and beautiful sunsets.
The property was clean, comfortable, and the host Kelli was easy to communicate with. Lots of privacy. We had a blast feeding the goats in the property. I would highly recommend staying here. I surely will be on my next trip to Arcadia!

Hipcamp NN Farm is easily accessible by car yet private being surrounded by farm and cattle land.
Short stroll behind tiny house to owners farm to feed the chickens and the goats. Owners Kelli and Dennis could hardly be nicer and are available if needed.
Excellent fire pit and the tiny house has electricity, H/C potable water with inside toilet and outside shower stall. Kitchen is equipped with basics including coffee maker.
20 minutes to Arcadia or 30 minutes to Port Charlotte.

Cute little shed tiny home, just perfect for our weekend adventure! It was stocked with the basics of a hot plate, pans, a skillet, and even coffee with cream and sugar! It was only about an hour drive from the airport so super convenient as well.

We both did the last minute to stargaze and watch the Orionoids. We didn’t even realize how much we needed that getaway. The house was beautiful, they even thought of all of the yard games, indoor games, linens and cooking necessities, paper products you would need in the house as well gas for the grill and wood for the fire pit. The host is sweet natured and definitely gives you your privacy. Next time we will stay a few days longer.

I LOVED everything about Kelli’s Tiny House and the environment around it! I felt like home right away! Kelli respond super quickly and she is right there if we needed something! We were 4, 2 adults and 2 kids under 5 and they loved it also! My sons loved feeding the goats and run around the house! The house is so cute, clean, everything we needed was there! Loved the shower outside and the beds were very comfortable! It is even better than the pictures!!
We were there 3 nights, so 2 entire days and we stay there the entire time! Perfect to relax and enjoy time in family ♥️ I recommend 110%!!!

We had a great stay at the Tiny House. Kelli was the perfect host with all the necessities provided for. She thought of everything. The yummy farm fresh goodies were a nice welcome gift. The house was clean, comfortable and decorated artfully and creatively making the most of the space. The farm is quiet and laid back. I especially enjoyed having my morning coffee in the little outside sitting area/bar enjoying the sounds of the farm. It was a great alternative to a boring hotel. We would come back!!

This was a great little spot if you want more secluded, farm vibe. We had an amazing time getting to know Kelli and Dennis. They had a really awesome farm and the fresh eggs were delicious. Only 15 minutes outside of town and less than an hour to beaches. The tiny house was clean and spacious. This was such a creative space. There were two small inconveniences, the kitchen was a little difficult to cook with. There wasn't enough counter space with the plug in stove top. But we made it work nonetheless. Also the lofts are really good for one person but when you have two sleeping, closer to the wall gets a little cramped. Definitely a great spot and will 100% book again. This was the most relaxing spot you can find and it's worth every penny.

Fun and comfortable place to stay, made a great base of operations for our Arcadia adventures! Kelli is very thoughtful and responsive, and the rural neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We loved showering outside under the full moon. Kids loved climbing into and sleeping in the lofts, which were very cozy. Very functional living space with a hot plate, coffeemaker and fridge. We would gladly stay here again on another central Florida adventure.
