Bring your kayaks, paddle boards and fishing poles and get ready to enjoy the beauty and fun or relax in the sun! Please be advised this lake is private access only and there is no public boating ramp. This lot has 170ft of water front. Close drive to many beautiful state parks and landmarks such as Torreya State Park, Three Rivers State Park, Wakulla Springs, the Apalachicola River, and the world’s most beautiful beaches!Beautiful lot sits in the cove of lake Mystic. Perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, swimming

Halloween camping on the lake

The lot is great. We love the privacy and quiet with good fishing and views. We were there during Halloween and got to watch the trick or treaters walk by just before dark. We are already planning to go back.

I loved the property. The lot is mostly shaded and the dock/deck is wonderful. It was quiet and semi private. Remember to bring a four wheel drive and at least 30' of water hose with a filter (city water) if you plan to drink. Jennifer was awesome and checked in on me at least twice. I will definitely be booking again.
