Lagoon Side Parking in Cocoa Beach

It is just a spot in a parking lot, BUT you are right by the water, it is safe and quiet, and you can relax watching manatees, pelicans and dolphins among other wildlife right in front of you. Anthony is nice and accommodating, and right there should you need anything.

The parking spot was just that. It had electric. It had a great view of the lagoon. It’s next to the marina which has a bar/ music and grill. The bathrooms and showers are great over there as well.

Great spot to park for the night. Nice view from the marina parking lot. Anthony was easy to reach with any questions. Food at the marina was great and staff at the marina were friendly. I would definitely stay again,

Overpriced parking lot

Nothing more than an overpriced parking lot shoved behind commercial property. Yes it has a 100’ strip that’s along a bulk head so they can claim “water front” however those parking spots are constantly full from the full timers who live in the marina/parking lot. There are also boats moored up to the entirety of the water front so if you did happen to park along the water you get to share the close proximity with a boater. Overpriced parking lot.

The host was amazing—The parking lot is located on the side of the marina with a walkway leading to the docks. There’s also a restroom around the corner (close to the restaurant), shared with the marina and restaurant guests. While the water was a bit too far for us to access easily, the host provided a 120V plug, which gave us enough power to run our fan, fridge, and essentials. It was overall a good trip to see the flacon 9 launch. It was more industrial than I was expecting but still a safe place to stay in Cocoa Beach.

The stay was amazing. Probably my favorite spot yet. Anthony was so helpful, I couldn’t find my adapter, he lent me his. The sunset was beautiful, the marina had live music. It was the perfect evening and in the morning dolphin were swimming right in front of the spot:). I’m definitely going back!

Such a great spot right on the water, stayed for a few days and have absolutely no complaints. They were super helpful and attentive I would highly recommend it. Bathrooms were in good condition and always clean. 10/10 will definitely stay again

Unique little camping spot for a night in our camper van! Right on the water in a marina- the boats were decorated for Christmas- it was very picturesque!

The breeze, the view and within walking distance to anything you could possibly need was perfect. Anthony and the staff at the Marina were all very friendly. The shower area could use an upgrade, but the restrooms were very clean.

Owner was kind and it was a quiet night sleep. But it looks different then pictures in the ad. In my opinion, this parking spot is a bit overpriced for what it really is.

Loved parking at Anthony’s place! The views of the water were incredible. Many playful dolphins came up to visit with us along the seawall. So many birds and manatees! Loved!

Waterfront stay… sweet!

Right on the water front and the price… sweet! I did an overnight in my conversion van, took a few block bike ride to the beach, had an easy am kayak paddle where I was cruising along with Manatees and several pods of dolphins. Anthony was right there to greet me as I pulled up to the site, had 110 AC ready for me and he could not have been more easy to talk with. As I paddled around the bay/inlet, I went by many waterfront homes that I imagined the $$$ a night and minimum number of nights stay would be to have stayed there and…. I know I was blessed to have a waterfront stay at a fraction of the cost. Thank you Anthony and thank you Hipcamp. I will be back!! Eddie

Great spot for our camper van! Easy to access, especially with Anthony's clear directions, beautiful views, nice clean restrooms and an awesome marina restaurant to boot. Anthony was super responsive, checked in to make sure all was OK, and put out electric for us that works great. Highly recommend!
