This was our second month here. Our hosts were friendly and caring and allowed us all the privacy we wanted. The property is well kept and is surrounded by a 4’ chain link fence and 2 electronic gates and has security cameras. It is a corner lot so you are within street view (60’) on 3 sides. All services were top notch. The neighborhood is mostly quiet but there were some noise issues with neighbours that we did our best to ignore. We are cyclists and thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the Withlacoochie State Trail. The central Florida location is convenient for day trips to Tampa, Orlando and many other great trails. If we return to Florida next year, we will consider staying here again.

Tracy was super responsive leading up to and during my stay. She was happy to lend a hand but respectful of everyone's privacy. A great yard for dogs to play in . The pad was dirt, grass & gravel mix, sloping down a bit in front but easily leveled with blocks. I have a shorter rig so I had to pull forward more to reach the sewer. A longer (50 ft) fresh water hose came in handy too. Coming and going was easy with an automatic gate. The neighborhood was okay for walking the dogs but everyone has a big dog in the area but nearly all were fenced in. Hookups worked great plus the picnic table and fire pit were a nice touch. Shaded in the morning and afternoon but good light for solar during the day. Proximity to the Croom tract was great. Would stay here again.

What a peaceful place to park! Tracy's setup is so easy to get in and out of and she does a wonderful job of helping you get situated. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly.

Tracey is an incredible host. She went above and beyond to get me settled and I'm so thankful for her help. She even helped me ready my mobile cabin for hurricane Ian to be prepared in the event of high winds.
She's everything you'd hope for in a host and I've enjoyed staying at her property.

I love Tracy's place. There is just so much to do in this area... Lakes, National Parks, Festivals, Historic towns, live music events all around.
..... and not too far from an island with MONKEYS!
Seriously, how kewl is that?? 😄
I just pack up and go... then come right back to Jax Place #2!

Tracey is great! (and Jax is very sweet)
Tracey has a good thing going! She's very thorough and answers any questions during the meet-up; telling you about the area and very knowledgeable about setting up your rig. The property is well maintained, it is quite, and safe (completely enclosed with gates; (does not interfere with the scenic river view)
I highly recommend.
And sorry, but.... NO!.... you can not have my campsite! LOL
