Host were very polite and tried to be extremely helpful. However, the sites are way too close, the driveway is way to tight for any rig over 20 feet.. we had to cut down tree branches as well temporarily move signs out of the way. I was lucky to leave the weekend with no damage to my travel trailer, due to 4ubbing across trees during my entrance to the site.

Lovely hosts and stay

Holly and Kim are phenomenal hosts as well as compassionate and friendly human beings. They were helpful and informative as needed and were extremely accommodating whenever I had trouble with my hitch. The walk to the pond behind their house is lovely and there's a dock where you can stand/sit. There is a highway close by, but not a highly trafficked one. The site itself was accommodating for my 13 foot camper and there was a separate space for my SUV as well.

Great place to stay!!

The campsite was very clean. The host were wonderful! The peace and quiet was a warm welcome. I would recommend this to anyone who wanted a peaceful retreat. The lake was a nice touch, beautiful sunsets! Thank you so much for having us and your southern hospitality. We plan to return many times!!

Stayed for a week while working in Lake Wales and I’m very glad that I picked this spot. You will not find a friendlier, more accommodating host couple. Safe, quiet, convenient spot with full hook ups. I was just fine with a 31 ft travel trailer, would be tight if any bigger.

First Time Campers

The owners were immediately very friendly and helpful from the second we arrived, all the way through the moment we left their driveway. This was our first day ever in an RV, and they were very knowledgeable and helped us daily with any questions, concerns, or just anything that they noticed. The location was quiet, convenient, and clean. We walked away with more knowledge in 2 days of camping than we have with many months of research and preparation. Highly recommend, and it would be a delight to stay here again!

This was our second stay here and is a great base camp for Legoland and Bok Tower Gardens. Friendly and helpful hosts, full hookups, easy access in our campervan, and only 5 min away from groceries, restaurants, etc. Thanks for another great stay!

Kim and Holly are the loveliest people! We felt so welcome. Kim even helped us with some rv problems! The space itself was just enough for our 33’ rig, and the property is nice and well taken care of. The walk down to the lake was certainly a bonus. We recommend visiting bok tower while in the area. Thanks for having us and taking such good care of us (and Lulu)!

Nice private spot in Lake Wales

We had all 3 spots rented for our group. Kim and Holly are super nice people. All of our RVs were roughly 30 feet in length with 1 being a big toy hauler and we all fit nicely. The spots were clean, had 30A & 50A connection sewer and water. I would definitely go back if I had to stay in the area. My wife and kids had a great time there too.

I loved camping at Hollys land. The views were beautiful and the host was very kind. There was a nice trail to go down to the lake, and they are pet friendly. All sites are full hookup, so we were able to leave with empty tanks.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay. They were gracious enough to allow us to come in early. Upon arrival, there was clear and easy to follow marking to get us to where we were needed to back in. Since we have a bigger camper, we were greeted with help to navigate backing into our spot. We loved the setup, as water, electricity, and sewer were easily accessible. Property is extremely well maintained and flat which made for easy set up. We had plenty of room to open opposing slides and awning. We had our children and dogs and there was plenty of area for them to be out and about. Location is very quiet although off a main road. Sturdy dock and beautiful view at the back of the property. Location is great and there are several places to eat and shop within 10 minutes. Highly recommended.

Tight spot

The host Kim was very helpful and accommodating. On arrival our Class A wasn’t fitting in properly because of one branch and Kim cut it out right away with hesitation. He helped us repair our door as well where he wasn’t obligated to do. A bit of a tight space for a 35’ but it works. The location is nice and very homy. The only thing I would criticize would be the traffic on the road near by otherwise I would recommend. Thank you to our host.

We stayed at the Cozy Spots over the weekend. The site was clean, level and easy access for my 19 foot RV with full hook ups! Kim and Holly were wonderful hosts. Welcoming, kind and helpful. At night the site is very quiet. We enjoyed having our coffee down on their dock enjoying Star Lake! Lake Wales is 3 miles away and so cute! Thank you for the lovely stay Holly and Kim!

Holly & Kim are just sooo nice! We were really well looked after by them and their 3 spots under the trees had every facility- elec/water/drain. Such a funny & interesting couple. They gave us the use of their land down to the lake and we thoroughly recommend.

Had a great time while visiting Legoland. Very friendly host Kim, helped us with backing up the RV, nice to chat with, safe spot close to everything that we needed. Would stay there again for sure. Didn’t have time to fish in the lake, I wish we had more time there, but we have a jam packed schedule.

Stayed for a little over a month and had a great time walking down to the lake to catch some fish! Had no issues with power water or sewage as everything is new. Road noise was noticeable but minimal. Had an overall amazing stay and enjoyed our time chatting as well.

We were just looking for someplace local to hide for the weekend. Hipcamp saved us when all the local parks were full! Kim and Holly were great hosts, Kim helped us get in and settled and helped navigate us out. We didn't spend much time outside of the camper but Kim made sure to let us know we were welcome to explore the lake in back.

Very nice quiet spot. Kim and Holly were very friendly and helpful. The lake is beautiful. We fit our 32 ft TT in spot #2, it was tight but we made it work. Nice location- we visited Bok Tower Gardens nearby and it was very lovely.

The hosts were amazing. Very nice and helpful whenever we had a question. The 3 services were provided and we had zero issues with them. The spot is near a beautiful lake and Bok Tower. I recommend them for your next stay near Orlando.
