Spacious, level camping well-suited for travel trailers over 40 ft long.
This property is 2 acres and located at the Jumping Fleamarket, a popular Fleamarket since 1970 on the East Coast of Florida. The campsite runs next to the Brightline railway. It is central to all things on the Space Coast. Fish, swim, boat and enjoy many other water activities on the Indian River which is 5 minutes away, stroll through downtown Historic Cocoa Village about 10 minutes away, take a scenic drive to the World Famous Cocoa Beach about 15 minutes away, explore the Famous Kennedy Space Center and take in a rocket launch about 20 minutes away, and enjoy all local attractions and amusement parks in Orlando about 40 minutes away. And be sure to stop by Tasty Treat Cafe/ Kookie Savvy near the south end of the market for a tasty treat! Site five is the only 50 amp service we have, sites one, two, and three have 30 amp service available. Tent camping and running generators is not allowed.

Simply enter the code and push and hold the lock icon at the top. To lock the door simply push and hold the lock icon at the top. 11 is 60 feet long. Please pull into the very north entrance.

Please pull into the very North entrance and drive around the market to the South end. Back up to the electrical and water post in the site pictures. Site is not numbered yet on the post.

I made a last minute booking for my 32’ travel trailer with pop out. I arrived around 2:30am and everything was easy and straight forward! The host was quick to respond and friendly. There is a small cafe / restaurant on site as well! Other comments mention the train - the train is not an issue at all! This isn’t the Ritz however this is an outstanding place for the price and location.

The site was next to the railway. In the evening there were several trains. But we slept quit well. The toilet was excellent. A very simple location. It was okay

Easy to find. Central to everything we wanted to do/see. As a rail fan having a site along the tracks was a plus. David was great.

Very well located and easy to back in site even with a big rig. Trains are passing by but they are not a big deal, we slept very well even with our newborn. The restroom is really clean and great

This is a great place for someone on a budget. Clean bathroom there is potable water on site as well as a dumpster for trash if you don't have an electric site he will even let you charge a battery / power tools in a near by outlet. The flemarket days are not problem. As for the train I only hear a loud one pass once or twice a day the commuter train isn't bad!

Great location to explore Cocoa and Cocoa Beach. David met us when we arrived and was friendly and very helpful. Many reviews expressed concerns for the train traffic. These site are adjacent to active rails. We thought it was kinda cool. David allowed us to stay a bit past check out time so we could view a SpaceX launch. Don’t miss out on this place because of the trains!

The spot is about 1/5th the cost of other spots I was finding at the last minute.. so it was definitely a bargain. At least five trains came past in the middle of the night (I consider myself a heavy sleeper, so there may have been more), just 20-30 feet away from your site. Then just 50-100 feet the other direction is a fairly busy road. If you're traveling on a tight budget, this maybe a good option, but I think I would prefer to just pay $90 a night, for something a bit more quiet. (Prices in this area are crazy high)

Simple spot close to Cocoa Amphitheater. By the train track but no biggie for me. Glad to have a spot that gets me in uber distance. With the water and electric....all I needed. David greeted me and even helped set up. Thank you

This campsite was really great!! The host was really great and welcoming! The bathroom was clean. The only downfall or an bonus for my husband was the trains! You are right along the rails, and they are active at night, so it did wake us up a couple times. But other than that it was a great place, super close to cocoa beach which is a bonus!

Overall we appreciated the amenities, but unfortunately, the train track is too close. Impossible to ignore it. Otherwise, the manager in charge was very helpful and nice. It's ok for a one night stand, in a very nice city where regular campings are expensive.

This was what I was looking for — a cheap spot for a 1 night stay with a nice bathroom! It is between the railroad tracks and a road, so there is noise throughout the night. We wore earplugs so it didn’t bother us. Bathroom was great! We weren’t there on a day when the market was operating, but it looked cool.

I had a great time staying at David's place. The flea market was interesting and I met many nice people. Make sure you get some snacks from Kookie Savvy! They are delicious! The sites can handle large and small rigs no problem. Whether you just want to overnight it or stay for a few days the location is clean, safe, secure and private. Tom the security guy was really helpful and nice to chat with. The location is very close to Cocoa Beach, rocket launches, restaurants and shopping. I look forward to returning on future trips. This was a great spot in a pinch! Dave was VERY communicative and made us feel very welcome. It was great to have partial hook-ups! The only downside is this side is RIGHT next to the railroad tracks and trains DO come through often and in the middle of the night. If you do not mind the train noise, it's a great spot and a cute flea market.

It was a great place for us. We’re self contained so needed no hookups. Site accurately described. Grandson loved the spot because he could watch the trains. First time as Hipcamp camper and glad we found the app and this camp site.

I stayed in campsite one for a full month and plan on coming back again. I did not have any problems at all during my entire stay. Tom and Dave made me feel welcome, but also give me my privacy.
