Grass parking is available if needed for a longer pad. Water hook up and electric hookup is available. No bathroom available on site. The backyard is fenced. This site runs along the right side of my own home. Access to laundry is available. The dump site for septic is 2 miles down the road. The rental property runs to the back fence. We are very close to Bonita Springs, the Imperial river, breweries, food truck park, live music, and restaurants. The pad is gravel and grass surrounding it. Tall trees on one side and smaller hedge on other side. We have recycling and trash available also.

Very private location. Older shore power plug that we did not have an adapter for so had to run generator. Quiet residential area if you're ok with being in a neighborhood.

I just needed a place to rest my head overnight with my puppy. I couldn’t connect to power because I brought the wrong adapter. However, Betsy’s place felt so safe, quiet and private that I was able to sleep with the windows open. I would definitely love to be back!
