Private RV parking spot on quiet residential property in Navarre, best suited for guests traveling in their own self-contained RVs who want a simple place to park and stay near the coast. The site includes electric, water, and sewer hookups, plus a small outdoor area for sitting, eating, or relaxing. This is not a full-service RV park or campground. No RV, indoor lodging, bathroom, shower, laundry, kitchen, or clubhouse-style amenities are provided. Guests should bring their own RV, supplies, hoses, adapters, and anything else needed for a comfortable stay. The property is about 4.5 miles from Navarre Beach and the Navarre Pier, where you can stroll the pier, enjoy the beach, fish, and visit nearby restaurants and shops. The host lives on-site and is available to help with arrival, parking, and hookups. Guests should contact the host before arrival so they can be guided to the correct RV spot. Please park only in the designated RV parking area and do not drive or park elsewhere on the property unless approved by the host. The RV site has a 50-amp electrical hookup. If your RV uses 30 amps, please bring your own adapter pigtail. For safety, only the host may connect or disconnect the electrical and sewer hookups. Guests may not plug in, unplug, adjust, overload, disconnect, dump, or empty tanks themselves. Please contact the host if you need assistance during your stay or before checkout. RV systems must be safe and in good working condition. Built-in or certified RV and camper heating and air conditioning systems are allowed. Portable heaters and window A/C units are not permitted. Propane systems must also be in safe working condition. Only RV-safe toilet paper and waste intended for RV camping systems may be flushed, and RV sinks should have screens or grease traps to help keep food particles, grease, and debris out of the drainage system. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two pets per stay. Pets must be leashed whenever outside the RV, supervised at all times, and may not be left unattended outdoors. Please clean up after your pets immediately. Please remove all trash, food, pet waste, and personal belongings before leaving, and leave the area clean for the next guest.Camper spot # 1 Can accommodate up to 45 ft. camper or motorhome . 2 vehicles maximum . all amenities access is posted on site .
