Yes, this place has DIRECT access to the West Eagle Mountain Bikes trails that are becoming very famous here in Eagle, Colorado. On the website eagleoutside.com, my property is the no access marker off of Highway 6. Mountain bike, hike, dirtbike, atv, side by side, Jeep,snowmobile, Timbersled or four wheel with no trailering up. You could ride or hike in the backcountry access trails all day without getting to a paved road. Motorcross Trails, Rzr, Side by Sides. UTVs, Jeeps, Offroading, right from the property. Fly fishing and reel fishing nearby.
There are two camp spots available on this 6 acre property for RV camping with plenty of room. Tents are also allowed with your booking for an extra $20 per small tent (more for large tents) and tents are available for rent. Huge shade trees (trees fully bloom by May into June in Eagle County), are all around the property and a pond with waterfall and firepit seating area is available. Friendly, well behaved pets are allowed with an $18/night per pet fee including horses that can be kept in the 2.5acre pasture with alfalfa grass and flowing water for $25/night off of Brush Creek or in the corral.
Vail, Beaver Creek, Glenwood Hot Springs, Iron Mountain Hot Springs, Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, Aspen, Rancho Del Rio, Radium Hot Springs, and State Bridge are all near by. This place is ideal for anyone attending the Eagle Outside Festival first weekend June each year , Vail Go Pro Summer Mountain Games June second week/weekend June each year , Eagle Flight Days, usually the 4th weekend of June. Cowsboysforever Foundation Rodeos every Friday night at the Eagle County Fairgounds through summer $10/each adult, $5 senior and kids, The Eagle County Fairgrounds are right down the road and the Eagle County Fair and Rodeo is July 27-31, 2022. Costco is one mile away, Bowling Alley and Movies theaters are very near as are numerous delicious restaurants and the amazing Bonfire Brewery Taproom and Seven Hermits Brewery. The Eagle River Whitewater Park is incredible has features in the river, different ability waves to raft, kayak, SUP, swim or tube in, sand or grass beach seating with firepits and a food truck. Hiking at Hanging Lake, Grizzly Creek, Jess Weaver (NO Name) Trail, Vail, Beaver Creek, State Bridge, Rancho Del Rio all near by! Come ride and play with DIRECT ACCESS: $65 Day; 9am to 6:00pm to come park and hit the great outdoors from private access. Tent camping is available also with access to backcountry. Check in is 3pm, check out is 11am.$22/night extra per dog, $25/night/per horse. $18 Night per extra vehicle/trailer (up to 12'-more for big trailers), $15/night each extra person (8 and over)Clean up of dogs is mandatory. This place is a gem and is really great for people who like to get directly in the backcountry.
