On leash. If you have a well behaved, friendly dog we don’t mind if you go off leash. We have a dog who is always with us and the neighbors have occasionally free range dogs.
No campfires
Firewood is provided for the indoor wood stove. Please collect firewood for outside usage, it’s everywhere! Previous wood stove experience required.
Potable water available
Hose, pump or well, bottled water or jugs. We provide water to the site for showering and cooking.
Showers available
Hot water . Joolca en-suite double two room shower tent with hottap hot shower system.
Bins available
Trash bin. Ba your garbage and bring it to the dumpster at the main entry.
Cooking equipment present
Grill over firepit, stovetop or hot plate, cookware, cooking utensils, dishware, cutlery, sink or other dishwashing station. Very basic cooking set up. Teakettle, French press, wine key, cutting board, knife, dinner service for 4, wine glasses, coffee cups, skillet.
Picnic table absent
No wifi
You can access wifi if you come to the main entrance. We usually get one bar of LTE (Verizon) at the tree tent site.

We absolutely loved our time here! Beautiful, private, and plenty of room to wander with the dog. Tanya and Stacy are amazingly friendly and accommodating; we would definitely stay again if we were ever going to be in the area.

Really cool spot in a great area. Very private. Nice tent. Tanya and Stacy are welcoming hosts, with detailed knowledge of the area. I'd stay there again.

Beautiful, remote spot. We timed it perfectly for the fall colors and weren’t disappointed. The mess provided lovely vistas and a feeling of solitude although the hosts were just down the hill. There is intermittently very weak cell service so plan accordingly. We were able to let our dogs run and play until the cows came home (literally). I took my 19ft trailer up to the mesa without issue for those considering bringing a trailer. I think a bigger trailer might be challenged by the hill, the tree and the sharp turn.

Tanya and Stacy were so kind and helpful during our stay! Beautiful property right off the road, but the sound of the river was usually all we heard. Lots of options for places to camp!
