Enjoy quiet tranquility in a well maintained privately owned RV/cabin community located near the South Plate River in historic Fairplay, Colorado, commonly known as South Park. CONVENIENT LOCATION - Our property is in walking distance to the center of town, just off Hwy 285, 23 miles from Breckenridge (home to World Class skiing), 37 miles from Buena Vista (for World Class white water rafting), and 1.5 hrs from Denver. Our 110’ x 40’ full concrete RV pad can accommodate the largest RV, it has full hook ups (50 Amp Power, water and sewer), good cellphone reception (specially ATT), and beautiful views of the mountains. Our private community has a clean on-site laundry, clubhouse with pool table, books and bathrooms, outdoor area with community grills, a dog park, and trash service. There are so many outdoor activities to do in the area, such as hiking, biking, world class fishing in the South Plate river, and Montgomery reservoir, rafting, skiing, ATV trails, hot springs, or how about panning for gold? Visit South Park City Museum, or walk in to town to enjoy restaurants, breweries, wineries, shops, and much more!!This large 110’ x 40’ full concrete RV lot, has full hook ups (50 Amp Power, water, and sewer). Andrea’s campsite was great. Huge double wide paved space with a pleasant view in a quiet private campground. The location is stellar for day trips to Breckenridge, Buena Vista and things nearby. Andrea was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. I’d definitely recommend and look forward to staying there again in the future.
