Very quiet, being by the little pond was nice and hitting the golf balls was fun.

Beautiful property and great hosts, Myron and Shawn were very friendly and accommodating. Site 3 was a small walk up a hill in a well managed wooded area. They have done a really good job with the property management. Very private and peaceful experience, even had some deer pass by the camp site a few times. I would definitely recommend!

Myron is a super good guy. Very friendly, informative, detail, orientated, and willing to do whatever he can to help you have a great experience staying at his place. That said, he is also not obtrusive and pretty much let you do your own thing, overall I would highly recommend staying at his place. It’s low-key nothing overly fancy but it’s got the goods. We really enjoyed staying at site #3 on Myron's land. Myron was very friendly and even offered to help get our stuff to our campsite. We could see the other campsite up the hill but just barely and couldn't even see Myron's house. We recommend site #3 to anyone looking for some privacy in the woods.

Lovely spot! Spread out and quiet. We had 4 but ended up staying in 3 since it was available. Steep but short hike up the hill. My dogs enjoyed running around and we had a friendly turkey and deer visit. Will return, thank you!

I wouldn’t recommend site 2 to campers who are looking for a place to camp and hang out beyond just sleep. There are zero trees for shade coverage and no privacy as there is more than one house nearby and in sight. You are given a bucket for the bathroom (which is as advertised), however you are expected to pack out your own waste and there was no where to use it at this campground to avoid being in sight by the houses around. Also advertised is a walk uphill to your car from the campground, which Myron can help you buggy your stuff to, but keep in mind you shouldn’t keep any smelly stuff out overnight so you are going to end up hiking back and forth to your car with your cooler and food to keep wildlife away. Overall, we felt like we paid $80 a night to sleep in someone’s backyard so we cut our losses and went home a day early.

this is beautiful land- the two ponds on the property are really pretty and there seems to be deer everywhere which is cool.
the host does expect you to pack out your own “waste” and was not clear on where the closest place was- so that was a little concerning to me.
also- you are not camping by your car- you are taking your gear down to different areas on the property- and then walking up a pretty good incline to your car- so be aware of that- if u are road tripping.

We had a great time camping at Myron’s spot on the hill. Wooded, private, and quiet (even though are children are not!). Trails go around the property and down to the ponds for fishing and paddle boats. Open meadows give fantastic views of Pike’s Peak and starry night skies.

We had a blast here with our young kids! Site 3 was great - not too far of a haul. The pond with paddle boats was a hit with our kids and the views all around were beautiful!

The hosts were awesome, and the actual site was great. The walk to and from wasn't fun, but the post does warn you! My dogs had a blast, and maybe when it isn't so wet, I can give it another try.

Myron was super nice, there’s an awesome view of Pike’s Peak along the open stretch between campsites which doubles as a driving range. Super cool spot, our site was off a tiny pond, had a table with tree trunk chairs, a picnic table, lot of tress to hang a hammock in, spot for your tent, and an awesome paddle boat for the pond. We felt safe in this beautiful nature-filled spot

We absolutely loved this place! Such beautiful views and peaceful. The hosts were very sweet too. Beware of elevation though, we are from Iowa so unfortunately my fiancé got altitude sickness.

We LOVED this campsite! We chose Site #4 because the photos were beautiful — and it was stunningly beautiful! Picturesque Aspen trees, if felt very very secluded, and the chipmunks were so fun to watch. The stars were BREATHTAKING, we were overjoyed with how many we could see. Wildlife-wise, we saw deer, a local and very friendly orange mountain cat, chipmunks, tons of birds, and lots and lots of bees. We even found a quartz crystal on the mountain Myron told us to keep our eyes out for.
A warning on Site #4 — it is at the TOP of the property, and a solid 5-10 minute hike UP, hauling all of your gear. Cars are kept down below, as is your food. We camped with 2 kids, and we simply have a lot of STUFF we had to haul up and down. We will choose Site #3 or Site #2 in the future, however, Site #4 was the most secluded! We could not see the neighbors from our campsite, and our little Prius made it just fine to the parking spots. Directions were clear and Myron kindly met us upon arrival and gave us a friendly run down of the property.

Enjoyed a girl's camping weekend with the pups. There is a lot of space between sites making it a nice, private get away. It is a good hike to site 2: next time we'll pack lighter :-). Having a picnic table was helpful and the space allowed for a tenting area closer to the pond. The pups loved the pond and the space to run around. And we enjoyed cocktails on the paddle boat. We had a great time and will plan a return trip!

I camped at campsite 3 for one night and had a good time. There is a picnic table at each campsite, and there are several areas where you can pitch your tent. There is also a nice view of Pike’s Peak from the property.

Super clean, super beautiful, mushrooms everywhere. No mosquitos (August) and my campsite was flat in several spots for tents. Not rocky. Beauty tall aspen trees. Private enough but not the most private. Safe for me to camp solo and I'm a woman.
