The property includes beautiful views of the surrounding Bookcliffs of the valley, the scenic Grand Mesa and has a dry creek running through it. It is just a short hike to access views of the Gunnison River and BLM. A very short drive to the boat ramp and great hiking and ATV trails nearby. Propane fire pits included.
