Get-A-Way is closest to the common area* 1.) easy access to the fire pit etc... 2.) closest to the other campers shared activities. *The other sites are more private. Shade arrives as the afternoon progresses. Take a walk around our 1 acre pond and enjoy the views of Colorado front range mountains. To make your evening complete, bring your own picnic or make a quick trip to town for take out. At night you might hear coyotes in the distance or the sweet serenade of toads enjoying the cool of the evening. During the day, bird watching is at it's best. It's a place to Get-A-Way while you are only a few miles from local towns and activities. Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace.

Great little cozy Greenfield in the middle of a piece of Boulder County history. Has all the basics and is centrally located near Boulder and Lafayette. Lovely little corner of a real working farm.

Friendly family. Great location. Beautiful scenery. We even saw a Bald Eagle! Highly recommend. Don't forget to order fresh eggs.

Such a beautiful place! Serenity was the perfect name. Bonnie was kind enough to come out to make sure we found the place even though we got in late. It was quiet with a lovely view of the mountains. The best part was getting woken up by the cow moo’s in the morning! Haha

Bonnie was such a great host, she was so kind to meet us even late at night to make sure we were settled! This site is so perfectly located and we got to wake up to beautiful Mountain View’s. We definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

What a great place to camp! It was private, quiet, and surrounded by nature. I especially liked the large cottonwood tree that was next to my campsite and the expansive fields all around the site. Bonnie was super friendly and helpful, even coming out later in the evening to greet me when I got in late. Great location and hosts that I certainly recommend to anyone.

Bonnie is awesome! We so enjoyed chatting with her and learning about her family’s history with the property. The fresh eggs (both chicken and guinea hen) are beautiful and delicious. The camping spot itself is so peaceful and has incredible views while being only a short drive outside Boulder. We wholeheartedly recommend this spot and would absolutely stay again if we’re in the area. Thank you!!

Had a peaceful time camping on Bonnie's land. I'm in a tent, and there was nice morning shade. The land is quiet, and I enjoyed hearing coyotes at night while falling asleep. Her and her husband showed up to welcome me. They were very warm and helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed.

Beautiful property, very scenic and secluded yet close to amenities! Bonnie is a fantastic host who's very responsive, accommodating and super friendly! It was the first time camping for my 4yo son and he loved the experience! I highly recommend staying at the Montgomery Homestead!

Peaceful location and beautiful setting. I was there for one night and it served the purpose perfectly. The host is warm and welcoming and there for you whenever you need. I would highly recommend this camp site. On the night that I was there, there were 3 sites occupied (a family in a RV, a couple in a tent and me overnighting in my car). All of us got to know each other and felt safe and comfortable.

This was a lovely place to stay for a night before crossing the rockies. The site was easy to find, away from the road, and the host was nearby and welcoming. I felt far safer camping on a family farm than in a motel, thank you Bonnie for sharing your land!

Our family really enjoyed learning about local history and current agriculture operations while staying on her farm! The setting was very peaceful with views of the mountains and pastures from our site. Bonnie met us on arrival and made sure every need we had was met. She even covered our firewood before a storm rolled through earlier in the day so it would be dry for us that evening when we arrived. In the morning, we took a short drive to Louisville for some pastries from a local bakery. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area!

Bonnie is the best - she was so inviting and kind. I got to learn about her family's history on the property from her which was so neat. So serene. Woke up to the sound of cows mooing. Very close to ammenities in town, but feels remote. I recommend it highly.

Bonnie’s homestead was the perfect place for us to stop and rest on our drive from Los Angeles to Nashville! It was perfectly quiet and peaceful, beautiful views, fresh air, you really don’t need much more. Us and our cats enjoyed Bonnie’s fresh eggs, I slept great and was fully recharged for the rest of my journey. Bonnie is so sweet, I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Bonnie was so sweet! She met us when we arrived to make sure we were comfortable with everything. Each group had a designated campsite. Very thoughtful to include a communal area with a grill. Only a 15-20 min drive to boulder and hikes . Thanks for having us!
