Surprising little shed turned into a getaway space. Appreciated the potable water inside and kitchette. This may be a work in progress, but insulating more walls and the floor would help.
Lots of outdoor space. Everything was clean and easy to use.

This was a good location for our purposes. The access was easy and even though there was lots of rain, and a little roadway washout in the morning, it was easily passable and not a worry for us.
The tiny accommodations are appropriately appointed and accurately advertised.

Marian’s Fishing Hut
I absolutely loved Marion's fishing hut. It was perfect and I loved all the touches. The TV, the small refrigerator and microwave, little coffee maker, and all the utensils, plates, cups and portable electric hot plates to cook. There is a wash basin to wash and to wash dishes. Water was provided, which was awesome. They also provided movies to watch on the TV and the the trundle bed was perfect and comfortable, as well as, the pillow, and the blanket was so warm.
It looked like a little cottage with the framed windows, which opened from the inside with little blinds, and when you would open the little windows, there was a nice breeze. I didn't mind the roosters across the way they were funny, and I took pictures of the beautiful horses also across the way. It was quiet. The little fishing hut is surrounded by pine trees and Aspen trees. The little outhouse was so cute and clean, also with nice touches. And the lid to the toilet was painted with Aspen trees!! Whoever painted it is a great artist. I highly recommend this little hut for me and my 2 dogs, it was perfect. There's also a picnic table and chairs outside and a water spigot. I will definitely be back to this little piece of mountain paradise. 👏🏞⛰️

Definitely a nice place to stay at. Clean and simple. Has a TV, DVD player with a good selection of movies, mini fridge, microwave, as well as a mini heater. Has a lot of areas within a short drive to see beautiful sunsets. Has very spotty signal, but thats what makes places like these nice, you have to disconnect and enjoy nature. Definitely recommend staying here. Do note, it does get cold during the nights so prepare accordingly, the blanket and heater was good enough for me.

Great little spot! The neighbors were super friendly, with horses and chickens across the road. The cabin is a small hut, perfect for a couple and two dogs to sleep comfortably. The trail head is in walking distance with a beautiful hike. Lots to do and explore in the area. We really enjoyed our weekend get away! Thank you so much!

The space is quiet (minus the roosters on the property across the street but not at all bothersome!) and well kept. They are in the process of upgrading the cabin and adding some nice touches. Even the outhouse is done really well! There is walkable access to the national forest right around the corner.
There is a grill, mini fridge, microwave and dishware. Plenty of potable water accessible.
The hosts are wonderful. We will definitely return.

This little hut had been exactly what I needed to get away for a night. The hut is super cozy and small, but the pull out bed was comfortable and perfect for watching movies in. It did get super rainy at night and in the morning, the roads were pretty torn through so something to keep in mind. The neighbors are closer than expected, but we still had enough privacy to feel comfortable and off grid. I’d definitely stay here again!

Agata's hut is just as charming as can be! My husband and I stayed here three nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The space is super cozy, and yes very small, but well appointed with everything you need. She has paid attention to the details from coffee and linens to a heating lamp in the outhouse for the chilly evenings. The porch is a great place to chillax, stargaze, and soak in the fact you're basically off grid. The roosters across the street are rather vocal (and hilarious, one is hoarse and goofy sounding) and the drive in is pretty steep in spots. But just go in knowing that, and enjoy the experience, it'll be one you'll remember and hopefully cherish like we are! Thanks Agata for a lovely stay <3

This “ cabin “ (shed)” is basically in someone’s back yard, the front porch looks directly into someone front yard… with cameras facing you at all times. The construction of the cabin is VERY POOR! Gaps everywhere, can feel the wind and cool air. The heater provided is NOT sufficient to provide heat. The futon is very old, smells and VERY uncomfortable . . Although the “Outhouse” is cute, the smell from not being pumped out regularly is unbearable. I would NEVER recommend this cabin. Ruined a very special time for my husband and I.

Our stay was enjoyable. But because of the size, 8x10 or so, was difficult for two of us to move around in there. High storage areas would have been great to get gear and clothing off the floor space. Also shelving up high would eliminate the need for the cabinet of dishes taking up more floor space. A small counter top space would also have made things much easier. The refrigerator in microwave could be up easier to get to. The fishing Hut was cozy, but you need to know that if you want to fish the private lakes you will have to purchase your own personal pass $25 for a 3-day pass $10 for a one day pass. The futon was hard as a rock and when unfolded for their diminishes floor space. My biggest beef was when the bear came through the neighborhood I was unsure of the security of our door. All in all I would do it again, but some more creativity in the arrangement would be helpful.

We loved Agata’s site! Me, my wife, and our two dogs stayed here for two nights. It was clean and cozy. The area was quiet and beautiful. Also loved the old school DVDs and player!

This place was seriously so cute. I was on a solo camping trip in CO but it was my first time in the state so I was a little wary. I booked the hut bc there were storms and I didn't want to be in my tent. I was so, so glad I booked this. Its a cozy micro-cabin that has everything I need- a couch, space heater, coffee maker, and a beautiful view. This was my favorite place I stayed throughout my whole trip. Highly recommended!!

Quick to respond host. We needed to book something extremely last minute, she was very helpful and empathetic. Cute location, comfortable set up. However there is only one futon. I was confused since I saw the futon and then another picture with a made up bed. Not realizing it was the same bed. Thank you for the quick stay!

This cabin was so sweet! The property has amazing views and was close to lots of hiking. I was stoked to be able to heat up my dinner, sit on the porch, and relax. The neighbors are close by but friendly, and my dog loved exploring the property. There are some roosters close by who crowed throughout the day/night, but with the fan on it wasn’t a huge issue for me 🙂

Agata's cabin was exactly as described and a nice little retreat next to the national forest. It provides all the amenities you need with nice little touches.
The futon was comfortable for the two of us, and the space heater helped us through a chilly night. The national forest access is only a block away and has a path so we could walk our dogs who loved to be free and off-leash and explore. The outhouse was very cute and clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Overall the experience was okay. It met our basics needs for a couple of nights. The cabin was generally like the pictures. However, There were a few things that weren't what I was expecting: the last stretch of the road to the cabin is not paved, some areas were quite bumpy and an incredibly steep hill at the end. My low sedan did make it, but not somewhere I wanted to be driving in and out, especially at night. The other thing is that the futon was not very easy to put up and down, and perhaps was broken. The cabin is surrounded by houses, so not very private, nd we woke up to the neighbors and their chickens and dogs. And having to use the key to open and close the bathroom door everytime is a bit inconvenient, especially since the door seemed to be broken and was very difficult to open.

Our stay at Agata's was great. The property was in great shape and very clean. The bathroom was clean and pleasant to use. We came on a rainy day so did not get to take advantage of the nearby "Thing's To Do" but we were very grateful for the movie collection! Pretty much everything you need to cook and clean as well. Got a little chilly at night but the heater and blankets were nice.

Agata’s place was quaint and cozy. We had a hiccup and the owner was attentive to respond once we were able to get cell service and contact them. We would like to go back again once the overnight weather warms up and explore more.

Sarahs tiny home is exactly as adverstised! Was the perfect spot for a night away from the front range. Make sure to bring warm clothes if staying during the winter months, as the house is not well insulated and only has a small space heater. Didn’t bother us one bit though!

You can tell that this property owner went out of their way to think of all the creature comforts their guests would enjoy. There’s a eiling fan, space heater, shades to keep out the morning light, a TV with DVD player, microwave, mini fridge, dishes/cookware, coffee maker, kettle, hot plate, outlets both indoors and outdoors, etc. There was a stake in the ground to keep our pup tied up and even a heating bulb in the ceiling of the outhouse for chilly nights. We enjoyed our weekend in this cozy shed. The only constructive feedback I have is that the property isn’t quite as remote/secluded as I’d expected from the photos. There’s two houses within eyeshot, a chicken coop across the road (complete with resident rooster), barking dogs, and some hollering kids. So if you don’t need total wilderness-type quiet and absolute privacy, you’ll be happy with the location. Overall, it was a good value for an inexpensive stay.
Note: There is a little cooker on the property that another guest gifted to the property and there are tongs to use with it. Just remember to supply your own coal, lighter, etc for it.

Fairly comfortable and very private; located atop a steep dirt road in a quiet town with plenty of interesting hikes nearby. The bed is a futon; not the most comfortable but it beats a sleeping bag or air mattress any day. The outhouse was clean and odor-free. It’s close enough to Denver for a day trip. My main gripe is that there’s no cell service and no WiFi. I probably wouldn’t have cared if I had been traveling with another person.
The hut is well supplied; plenty of water, cooking supplies, toilet paper, etc. the house is accommodating and helpful
