An incredibly convenient, beautiful, and clean place with 8 total camp sites to layover on your road trip to exciting destinations ! 4 individual camping spaces available for RV, camper trailers, camper vans up to 30' with some access to potable water and basic electric. An open grass pasture area will accommodate 4 large RV's. No Bathrooms or showers provided. Flower, vegetable, and fruit Gardens, fire pit, trees, horses ... a relaxing place to unwind after a long day on the road. Would you like a Beer, Wine, Whiskey, Root Beer Float, Soft Drinks, roast hot dogs and S'mores by the firepit ... Or, just hit the hay ? You choose how you want to spend your relaxing evening before you hit the road again. Within 1.3 mile : Gas Stations, Dump station, Liquor Store with Ice, Tractor Supply, Co-Op, Tack Shop, Welding Shop, Waffle House, Denny's, Hacienda Real Mexican Restaurant, McDonalds 4 Miles or less : Micro Breweries, Winery, Walmart, Costco, Starbucks, Chick Fil A, Wendy's, Charco Broiler Steak House, Freddie's, Taco Bell, KFC, Tires, Banks, Miniature Golf, Safeway, King Soopers, and much more ! This is a great location to base out of if you want to take in the sites of Fort Collins, CSU Football Games, Golf, Horse Tooth Reservoir to water ski, fish, boat, head to Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park and the Roof Top Rodeo, or Cheyenne Frontier Days. This is a wonderful location to set up camp and make your trip a bit more easy and enjoyable. Property located 1.1 mile East of I-25 on Hwy 14 (Exit 269 A off I-25) Very easy access.Unless you specify it will be first come first pick on where you would like to set up camp. Each area has enough room to not feel cramped or too close to another camping unit. One space may need a level for your unit depending on the camper unit size. Once you are set up at your camp site, you may leave and check out the sites of Fort Collins or just rest up.

Great place on the edge of town. Very safe to leave the camper while in town. Site was clean and the owner, Vicki, was very friendly.

We loved our stay on this gorgeous little farm. Vicki is warm and friendly and made us feel right at home. Communication was great, and everything exceeded expectations. The location was perfect for everywhere we wanted be in Fort Collins. We look forward to returning with our 5th wheel already!

Great option for an overnight in FoCo. Vicki was very nice, the site was level and quiet, the pony was a bit standoffish!

The Perfect Spot 10min From OldTown

This is such a good location to pop into Fort Collins. 10-20min from anything and everything — old town, breweries, parks, stores. Their farm where you stay is adorable. I chose the spot looking out over the horse and pony pen. My doggie loved seeing the bunnies and chickens too. And on top of it all Vicki is one of the kindest / coolest individuals I’ve ever met. Would 1000% recommend.

Nice spot and the horses were hilarious. The small one literally had his head in the feed bucket for the 2 hours before I went to bed and the one hour in the morning before I left. His tail wagging the whole time. At times, the road noise was heard, but not a big deal. Will be back.

Vicki was such a delight to stay with. The property was beautiful and having a glass of wine on the patio with Vicki and her son was lovely. Would definitely recommend for the company, ambiance, and location.

Vicki is very personable and fun to visit with. She has a nice patio and landscaping. The camping spots are dry this time of year. Great location near to Ft. Collins where I was attending a conference. No mosquitoes present!

Vicki is a great host with a beautiful property. She gave my daughters root beer floats while my wife and I set up the camper and was nice enough to hang out with us on her beautiful patio. We were travelling through and this was a perfect stop over for us.

The location is great, close but not in Ft Collins. Vicki was very welcoming. There was power and some shade, nice because it was a warm weekend. Our dog was very welcome.
