I loved the site, it was the perfect location to get to Rocky Mountain NP. It was clean & quiet. There is not good service in the area but the WiFi is provided.

It was a great affordable option with easy access for a travel night, not a destination site. No campfire of any kind is allowed. The two sites are divided by just a wood privacy fence so closer than a campground. Each site has a nice flat spot for either a tent or car/rv. Provided was a picnic table and propane grill (ours did not work fully, couldn’t use). A port-a-potty is provided to share. Overall, quite adequate and pleased to find for a night.

Nice, level, easy access site for our Campervan. Perfect for a stay off the peak to Peak Highway after a day of leaf peeping. We had a nice day and we would recommend.

This was a great camping spot! Super close to Longs Peak and not far out of Estes Park at all. Easy to find and utilize.

This was a great site! Close to Rocky Mountain national park wild basin entrance, good signage, plenty of space for our 20ft camper van.

This was a great spot for us. It’s part of a small lodge property so there are other guests but they had a grill at the site and a very cool small hike up the hill for some views. Burger place across the street was great and laundromat was a convenient surprise. No water or electricity but there is a porto.
