5 acres that the road perimeters on the south, east, and west borders. This property sits just south of the Great Sand Dunes, and is a 5 minute drive from smith reservoir. It has a beautiful, full view of Blanca Peak. One of Colorado’s many 14ners. This land is undeveloped, and has semi-soft dirt. 4x4 is recommended, as access to camping area requires driving over a small, sandy ridge. Area has small cactus, but they’re easy to remove with shovel. Conveniently located close to Blanca, in between Walsenburg and AlamosaThe site is located just outside of Blanca.
