This is one of the most beautiful camp sites we have been to this year. Tim is great to work with and we appreciate him for sharing this property with us. If you get a chance to book, I would highly suggest you do. Spending time fishing with my young grandaughter was the best part of our trip. and the fishing was excellent. I also loved being able to take my dogs without any worries. Just a beautiful property.

this was one of the coolest places we have ever stayed! my husband never went to summer camp as a kid, so he was really giddy about it! the pond was awesome, our dogs loved it so much, they didn’t want to get out… they truly swam for hours. the property itself was beautiful and quiet, it was exactly what we were hoping for! thank you tim for allowing us to enjoy blue mountain ranch, we hope to be back!

We really enjoyed the privacy and the dogs really enjoyed their freedom! Maybe a little to much! Hahaha
The lake was perfect and we loved we had it all to ourselves and bonus we didnt have cell service so we were really able to sit a relax and enjoy nature. We will be back!

We loved our stay at Blue Mountain Ranch! It was peaceful, idyllically beautiful, and the perfect retreat. The lake, nestled among pine trees, boulders, and grasses, is home to a bounty of wildlife. We can't wait to go again.

We loved our week at the ranch. The natural setting is extremely private and a perfect spot for setting up camp. The roads are good. It's close to Florissant. Tim communicates well. This is definitely one of our favorite spots in Colorado; coming back next year.

We spent one night at this spot. We had beautiful weather and we loved sitting by the lake and letting our dogs run freely. Camping area was clean and level for our Sprinter
Afew things to note:
No firepit at the site (we had a propane pit with us so we used that).
There were kayaks and canoes but the paddles were locked up. We would've loved to take one out .... next time!
Tim was easy to contact and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely return.

This was our first time using Hipcamp and it was a great experience. Tim’s land was beautiful, private, and peaceful. Our kids caught and safely released several fish from the pond. We will be back for sure.

We camped overnight with our new dog. She loved the trails that were close by and the lake. The site was clean and quiet. We saw elk, hawks, an owl and lots of stars. We liked that the site was adjacent to National Forest land.

We stayed in our small RV next to the pond. It was very quiet and peaceful. It's not very far off the main road, which made for a nice, quick drive into town. We really enjoyed our stay! We will revisit someday.

This place rocks! If you’re looking for secluded yet convenient then book here! It was quiet and had beautiful views from the site! Sunrise was great too! You’re only 10mins from the nearest convenience store if you need anything too! We wished we had more time there to explore and hike the area but it was just a stop-over for us. Good spot!
