Arrived at the given location right after sundown which made it harder to find. The given location is on the dirt road but the site itself is about 100yards off the road on a dirt plot. Luckily there are few to no other structures around. The site itself is clean and most of the structures are sound except for Yert 5 which happened to be the one I had picked through the service. The walls were not secured to the floor and the entry way poles had collapsed and torn through the canvas. This made it difficult to get in and out of the yert and allowed a light layer of dust to blow in and cover everything. When the winds picked up over night the loose canvas created a lot of noise as the zippers and walls flapped about. There are multiple showers and 1 flush toilet that are communal but the toilet was very close to one structure which made it awkward. Not sure if the water was broken at night or if it needed solar power but showers and sink didn't work until the morning. No toilet paper at the toilet but there was some at the porta-potty onsite. Yert 5 structure was functional for privacy and sleeping but needs maintenance.

Great spot for star watching and chilling. The houses was clean and had pleanty of space, just needs a window cut in the south wall for air flow

Overall we had a great experience! The address was easy to find, our Yurt was set up exactly as the picture shows and was very clean. Camp was set up nice with lights in the ground to help drivers at night. However, it was a little difficult to see the yurt number and the battery operated showers didn’t work. Also, the grill has some damage so you have to get creative to start it and clean up. But the host was very responsive and gave a partial refund for the shower not working. We had a great stay and would stay again.

Only choose if this is your last option. It was horrible and gross. The host basically doesn’t respond if you have problem. Me and other guests tried calling him multiple and he never picked up. Zero running water— no functioning showers. We did not get clean bedding. The grill is broken, some of the lights and yurts are broken. There was a toilet full of poop. It looked abandoned. There was a creepy van parked on the property. Genuinely awful. I don’t understand how there are so many good reviews, everyone else we met who had rented yurts LEFT TO GET HOTEL ROOMS, but also commented on the amount of good reviews in comparison to the actual property.

The whole setup was far from being as advertised. Yurt was halfway on the ground, bed appeared to have been slept in with no clean up and a tipped over trash can inside. Dirty doesn’t adequately describe it. Shower was broke and appeared to not having ever been cleaned up, and the “bathroom” was a porta potty that was full and hadn’t been emptied in quite some time. Once there was an issue the communication was poor at best. Could have been a really cool place if they ever checked in on it and took care of it. Would never recommend this place, especially after the issues were expressed and the communication was next to nothing.

The location was amazing! Unfortunately it said there was a shower available. I text him and he said the other showers worked because the water pump at the one near the place I was staying at didn’t work. I proceeded to tell him none of them worked and he didn’t reply. ignored.

Really cool spot! The yurt was great- much more comfy than sleeping in a regular tent! We saw a beautiful sunset and had a little campfire, and then watched an awesome full moon rise. Perfect spot to stargaze! It was nice to have an outdoor shower option on site. There is a restaurant nearby that had vegan options, so that was a nice option for dinner. Also, nice and close to the 49 Palm Canyon Trail, where we saw lots of lizards. Devon's yurt was an awesome place to get away for the night!

The yurt was nice, appeared as advertised. The yurt next to us, though, wasn’t put together. The couple staying there had to put it up themselves, as their former yurt had been double booked.
Our yurt assignment was changed just before we got there. We didn’t mind, except we later found out that several of the yurts (including our new one) had been double booked both nights of our stay.
We also found out shortly after arriving that the water tank was empty. Was told that new water would be hauled in, but this never happened. We had use our to wash hands and brush our teeth, as we had planned on running water.
Overall, communication and preparation was poor, and the campsite wasn’t properly equipped for the campers staying there.

Very cool spot! Needs some work to be more comfortable for groups. Host was tentative. Out there in the middle of no where. Great stargazing but not for the faint of heart, you’re camping in a garage but it’s a cool garage!
