Peaceful Glamping Getaway☀️⛺️
Jo was an excellent, friendly host and her Hipcamp setup is very nice! I really enjoyed my stay here in one of the glamping tents. The wooden hot tub was the best part. The shared bathhouse is also amazing- from the circle window to the large shower- everything in there is well put together. She provides towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel and lots of toilet paper. Outside the bathhouse, on the left side, there is a water spout with clean drinking water.
The glamping tent itself is also nicely set up. The bed has four pillows (two firmer ones and two squishier ones), a couple of blankets, and clean sheets. There are two small tables on either side of the bed. One has a lamp. The mattress is comfortable and made getting a good night’s rest easy.
Each glamping tent has been placed on their own deck. Two glamping tents. Two raised decks that look out into the forest. And each glamping site also has two chairs and a small table with fresh flowers that welcome you to sit down, look out into the forest, and just relax.
Jo’s property has three campsites total: two glamping tent sites and one campsite without a tent. The glamping tent sites are about 25 feet away from each other and they are about 35 feet from the bathhouse. The other campsite is on the other side of the bathhouse down the driveway a bit and behind the greenhouse. If you want more privacy, I recommend booking the campsite without the tent as it’s more secluded. Plus, it has a cute purple picnic table!
