Nearly four acres close to town and amenities, yet quiet and secluded. Away from any major roads and on quiet nights, the fog horn from the Big River buoy can be heard. Wildlife on the property include piliated woodpeckers, deer, raccoons, jack rabbits, bears (keep your trash and food inside!), mountain lions, foxes, and of course, our resident ravens. Wild huckleberries and rhododendrons are abundant among the redwoods and fir. A beautiful spot to spend the night!

Perfect Stay

Wonderful stay. Molly came out and greeted us and let us know we can ask any questions and she was happy to help. It was a really nice touch. The campground is as described. Close to everything. We really enjoyed the site!

Tent site was super cute and very private. The hosts were very responsive to all communication and very helpful! Everything went smoothly (except the weather. . . but what can you do about that??😜)

Sweet Overnight

Molly was a great communicator! She answered my inquiries about the camp site and the surrounding area really quickly - including some knowledge about local surf spots! Her property was so peaceful. The wooded area felt very private, and the area cleared for a tent space was perfectly graded. I didn't even sleep with sleeping pad beneath me and it was still so comfortable! Plenty of wood to keep the fire burning, with a metal grill you can place on top to cook. I recommend bringing some gloves so you can grab the grill and take it on or off the fire easily. 🔥 Would love to stay there again.
