Overall, it was just an "ok" camp and definitely not worth $72. The views and horses are all lovely. The campsite is just a dusty parking lot with several horse trailers and gas-powdered ranch carts next to a barn. The bathroom (with tub shower) and laundry are located inside a barn. Bathroom worked just fine. The wifi easily reached our camper van in the parking lot. Didn't try the laundry. There is NO kitchen. The "kitchen" is the laundry room with a large laundry sink and an old, toaster oven. Even though the site is advertised as having a kitchen, there are no counters, oven or stovetop, cutlery, dishes, etc. Since this is a working horse camp, people arrive early in the morning to care for their horses, so you'll hear the gas-powdered carts start up and zip around, along with cars coming and going from the parking lot you'll be camped in. There's also a rooster in a hen house next to the parking lot, and he starts up around 4:30am. The host is not very communicative (usually just one-word replies to inquires). We didn't know the bathroom was behind the door labeled "employees only" and she didn't share that, so it took a while to find it. You'll have to contact the host for the wifi login b/c it's not posted in the barn. We've started at much nicer HipCamps for much less $.
