I had a wonderful time at One Thing Ranch with Nancy! The airstream was comfortable with plentiful amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, the heater worked, and the space was spacious for sleeping and working. The animals were so fun; I got to meet each of them and give them snacks :). This is a lovely getaway in a beautiful zone of California. I enjoyed exploring the area and spending time on the property. Thank you for having me!

We just had another incredible stay at One Thing Ranch with the exceptional host, Nancy. This time, we introduced some close friends to this hidden gem.
Nancy's hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived. She had the AC in the Silver Streamer camper already going to welcome us. The amenities are always thoughtful and complete; this visit, she had even added bug spray, nuts, and a hammock for our use.
Each morning, Nancy greeted us and has coffee and tea avaliable add day, then took us on a tour to feed the farm's cute animals. She also provides filtered water and countless other little touches that make a stay here special.
We always feel safe and completely welcome here. One Thing Ranch is our absolute go-to, and we won't stay anywhere else in the area.
It's the perfect spot for families, groups of friends, or a solo retreat. The location is ideal for exploring local attractions like the caves, Shasta Lake, and Burney Falls.

what's not to love? The area is beautiful, and there's clearly been so much love put into this property. The camper was clean and well stocked, and our host was just the absolute sweetest person! If you can be 1/2 as cool as her, you're doing something right! Beetlejuice was definitely our favorite, but all the animals were extremely friendly; though they definitely had quirky personalities. I hope we can come back soon, it was awesome!

Airstream Glamping @One Thing Ranch
The best place to stay!
I wish we have more time, but it’s only our stop in between lassen volcanic national park and redwood national park. Worth every penny staying here! It’s not just a sleeping place, a lot of stuff to do in Nancy’s Land. The ranch and animals is a plus! If i just knew it was this nice, we would’ve stayed 2nights at-least!
Everything’s complete and provided! Feels like you’re at home. We stayed at the airstream trailer, it says it sleeps 4. But we are a family of 5, a 1yr old, 2yr old and a 6yr old. We didn’t include our 1yr old thru booking, since she’s still a baby ❤️. Hopefully it’s allowed :(.
We fit comfortably and still have extra spare bed for one more, WOW.
The airstream trailer has 2 full beds and a long sofa to lay in! Has everything inside of it, kitchen, fridge, coffeemaker, microwave! You dont even need to go out.
We checked in at 7pm, but we wished we got there sooner since its a wonderland! The ranch tour in the morning is wonderful! This isn’t just a stop over or a place to sleep, This place should have it’s own day to spend on. WE REALLY LOVE THIS PLACE!
WE WILL BE BACK NANCY AND THE ALPACAS!! 😎

what an interesting and engaging couple as well as the opportunity for city folks to get up close with some tame and hungry Alpacas and Llamas.
And there is a wonderfully eclectic choice of sleeping/housing choices and some unique Llama/Alpaca memorabilia on hand for sale. Imagine Llama wool dryer balls or Alpaca wool housing cleansing soaps, and scat for your garden.

Comfy Sunroom Glamping
Our stay at the sunroom glamping site at One Thing Ranch was absolutely magical!
The sunroom glamping setup was perfect – comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. What made it truly special was waking up surrounded by the gentle sounds of llamas and alpacas just outside. The proximity to these beautiful animals created an immersive experience that felt like living in a peaceful sanctuary.
The absolute highlight of our stay was the farm tour led by Nancy. Her passion for these animals is infectious. Nancy didn't just show us around – she educated us about every aspect of alpaca and llama care, behavior, and characteristics.
What impressed us most was how she took the time to explain the differences between the animals, their individual personalities, and their unique quirks. You could tell she genuinely cares for each and every animal on the property.
Overall, Nancy has considered every detail carefully, from the layout of the ranch to the comfort of the guests. After our unforgettable farm tour, we concluded over stay with a stove-cooked lovely brunch on the deck, a perfect setting for our meal while soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

We booked this campsite and stayed in the Airstream with our group of four. Upon arriving, we noticed a charming self-service stand selling walnuts, eggs, firewood, and other local goodies. Eager to cook breakfast, we bought a dozen fresh eggs from the locally raised chickens for just $3. Afterward, we met our wonderful hosts, Nancy and her husband, who greeted us with warmth and hospitality.
The property exceeded all expectations. On our first night, we grilled steaks and played Uno—a game Nancy kindly provided. Following a restful night’s sleep, we woke up refreshed and ready for our tour of the llama ranch. Nancy handed us food to feed the alpacas, llamas, and adorable baby goats. Later, we cooked the farm-fresh eggs we’d purchased and enjoyed a hearty, delicious breakfast.
I highly recommend staying at Nancy’s Ranch if you’re seeking a peaceful getaway. You truly don’t need to plan a thing—everything is thoughtfully provided, and relaxation (and fun!) come naturally. We’re already planning our next visit. Bonus: Nancy crafts her own soaps and handmade goods using wool from the llamas, which make perfect souvenirs!
