Learn more about this land: You can enjoy your stay with access to our entire two acre lot. There’s also 500 acres of National Preserve right behind the property, which is perfect for biking and hiking. Less than a mile away, there is a beautiful dirt bike track that professional dirt bike riders are known to visit. Get ready for a true camping/glamping experience! Guests have access to a porta-potty, hand washing station, outdoor shower, vintage piano, trampoline, picnic table with propane stove, a charcoal grill, large propane grill, fire pits (communal and private), meditation area with provided yoga mats, and cornhole! Most of these amenities are shared spaces with other guests as there are two tiny homes and an airstream also on the property. We are 10 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park. You must stop into the park during your stay —It’s truly breathtaking! And while it’s a taste of off-grid, the property is close to bars, restaurants, and local staples if you need to get anything in town. It’s truly the best of both worlds. Don’t forget to stargaze! As we are situated on the edge of Joshua Tree, you have two small towns to explore! In Joshua Tree, there is the Joshua Tree National Park, Crossroads Cafe, Natural Sisters Cafe, Joshua Tree Health Foods, and the JT Saloon. In Yucca Valley, you have Pie for the People, Panda Express, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Starbucks, Stater Brothers, Walmart, Home Depot, and Marshall’s. If you haven’t been to the infamous Pappy and Harriet’s in Pioneertown, you’re in for a night of fun, good food, drinks, and live music! All of which are a 5-10 minute drive from the property.

      Charming, friendly camping spot
      Joshua Tree Piano Place
      What a wonderful little spot just outside the West entrance to Joshua Tree National Park!! It is SO charming and while we camped in one of the great camping spots, we can't wait to go back and check out their tiny houses too! It is true camping, but you get the luxury of a place to use the restroom and wash your face and also a cool piano, meditation area and cornhole. The hosts are so friendly and warm. We WILL be back!!

      Rustic and Off the Grid
      Joshua Tree Piano Place
      Very peaceful; nice and remote. We would camp/glamp here again! Beautiful skies, wide open space. Neat decorations and amenities everywhere which made it feel like a lifestyle experience as opposed to just a campground. Host Stevie was very helpful and friendly. Look elsewhere if your want a 5-star hotel, but if you want rustic and off the grid “Piano Place” is a great choice!

      It was okay. The reason I picked here over staying on BLM land for free was to have access to a bathroom and hot shower. The toilet was gross and I didn't use it anyways nor the shower which was shared by every guest and there was no hot water. I did take a "sound bath" which I didn't even want.. whatever that is... The host is nice.

      Great, relaxing location!

      Joshua Tree Piano Place
      We stayed two nights in our travel trailer, and it was fantastic. We were surprised how absolutely quiet it was despite being not too far off the main road. The location is super convenient if you still want to grab a bite to eat somewhere or run to the store for something you forgot. We didn't visit the park on this trip, opting instead to hike in the hills behind the property. We enjoyed sitting around the campfire, looking up at the stars, and enjoying the atmosphere. My son enjoyed playing the piano, so that was a cool bonus. Our host was awesome, helping us get settled and even building a firepit for us when we arrived. I hope to stay here again in the future.
