Welcome to Blackberry Farm, a rustic retreat in Bolinas on the western slope of Mount Tamalpais. Set on historic Peter’s Dairy Ranch, our farm offers a grassy meadow with 4 walk-in tent sites, plus two rustic sheds. Wake to songbirds, hens, and sheep, and fall asleep under the stars. Amenities include an outdoor shower + hot tub, covered cook area, hangout space, tree swings, and redwood grove seating. Just a 15-minute walk to downtown Bolinas and the beach. Group camping welcome—please self-book all sites and sheds for private gatherings (max 20 people). Reservations open 3 months in advance. Sites book out fast. Closed seasonally from Thanksgiving to early March. BYO Tent Campsites Site 1: Left meadow, near kitchen + hot tub Site 2: Center, by bee garden and apiary Site 3: Right, under cypress trees by orchard Site 4: Near pasture gate + parking (best for car/van campers) Book Sites 1–3 for the back half of the meadow, or all 4 tent sites (2 tents per site) plus the rustic sheds to reserve the entire camp for privacy. It is a beautiful farm! We had a wonderful stay there. We really enjoyed the hot tub, and warm shower after a day at Stinson beach (that is only 15 minutes away). The camping kitchen is simple but clean, and is well stocked with dishes and pans and pots( even cast iron! )We got some of their fresh eggs, and had them in the morning for breakfast. My son loved talking to all the chickens! Sitting around the fire at night was lovely,, as well as stargazing by our tent. It was super chill and peaceful, even when there were other campers around on the second night. The first night, I had forgotten to bring earplugs and there was a rooster from a neighboring farm, that woke up the roosters next to us, and they all started crowing pretty early, I would definitely recommend to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Also, if you have food that want to keep fresh, bring a cooler with ice. We had such a nice experience! We will definitely be back!!

Camping in Bolinas was such a special experience. The property itself is absolutely stunning—peaceful, scenic, and full of charm. One of the highlights was watching the new lambs, which made the whole stay feel even more magical. The kitchen and shared spaces were very well equipped and kept impressively clean, making everything easy and comfortable. It’s also perfectly located—just a quick bike ride or about a 15-minute stroll into town, so you get both convenience and that quiet, tucked-away feeling. Already looking forward to coming back again!

This place looked good from the app. Unfortunately it was a nightmare. We have a roof top tent and communicated that when we first booked this spot. When we arrived we were given a spot to park and stay. When we got back that night after dropping off a rental car someone had blocked our truck not allowing us to open our tent. We tried calling the hosts but they never answered. We had no choice but to drive an hour away to stay at a hotel and then the next day we booked at the KOA which I high recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Blackberry Farm! The campsite is great and has all the facilities that you need. Our hosts' kindness and the many thoughtful details around the site made our stay very special and one of our highlights of our trip. The Redwood Trees and animals on the farm make for a both calming and vibrant environment. The location allows for a variety of hikes within a short drive or to explore the nearby coast towns. Thank you to Walter and Sirima! Great stay!!

What a great experience at Sirimas property in Bolinas. We arrived after dark and Walter’s directions were perfect. He met us at arrival and showed us the grounds. The communal kitchen & separate bathroom, hot tub, pizza oven/dining area, fairy swing, cabins and primitive camp spots were amazing. We are looking forward to our next trip!!!

This place is even better in person. Hosts are incredible people and have made this place exactly what we wanted. It was peaceful and not a ton of other folks. The amenities were awesome- from hot tub, to a shower, toilets to the animals in the background… all in their great little farm. Had a little shop to offer little things just in case you forgot something. This place is well kept, clearly cared for and a bit of magic. We will definitely be back! Grateful to have been hosted here!

I enjoyed my weekend at Sirima & Walter’s farm camp so much! The peaceful setting here is just an hour’s drive along the windy rural roads from SF but feels like another world. It’s quiet in the meadow where we pitch our tents among the trees next to the chickens, bees, and other farm animals. And the small outdoor kitchen, gas, grill, covered picnic table, shower, and HOT TUB! What more could I ask for? Host Walter was very accommodating to my trip changes, and his suggestion to upgrade to one of the two rustic (but weatherproof and powered) cabins was a good one when I arrived after dark on a weekend with rain forecasted. I look forward to my next opportunity to visit again to this perfect retreat from the City!

We had a delightful stay at Blackberry Farm! It was a treat to wake up in the misty meadow, check out the farm animals, and stroll into town. The kitchen, firepit, hot tub, and bathroom areas were well set-up and made it very comfortable to hang out with our group. I would love to come back!
