Falling Stars at Bull Shoals Lake — Glamping an Hour South of Branson
An hour south of Branson and 90 minutes from Springfield, Missouri, Falling Stars sits on a hilltop above Bull Shoals Lake in north central Arkansas — just ten miles over the Missouri-Arkansas line in Oakland, AR. Six geodesic domes overlook one of the largest, cleanest lakes in the South. The pace slows the moment you arrive. The closest real wilderness escape for Branson, Springfield, and Northwest Arkansas.
After entering through our gate, you'll drive half a mile to encounter six geodesic domes, perfectly placed across the hilltop. Each dome has a private hot tub, fire pit, and a view that includes the lake, the stars, or the deep Ozark forest. Domes 1–4 have premium lake views; Dome 5 is the largest and best for groups; Dome 6 trades the view for the deepest forest setting on the property.
These domes work for couples, families, and groups who want the outdoors without the camping. Real beds. Real bathrooms. Hot tubs under open sky. Dark Ozark night skies above.

The dome offers a modern kitchen, comfortable seating area with futon couch, dining table and chairs, sitting area with smart 50" flat screen, along with an oversized bean bag for relaxing. The full bathroom features a walk-in shower with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Comfortable queen beds covered with premium linens are found in the loft, along with a full-size futon. We provide soft, fluffy towels in addition to beach towels to use after a soak in the hot tub. The resort features high-speed Wi-Fi for streaming on all your devices.
