Located one block from the National Forest, you’ll have access to hundreds of miles of roads and canyons to explore. ATVs are welcome. Only 6 miles from town, a 1 hour and 15-minute drive to the Grand Canyon, 1 hour to Flagstaff and Prescott, and 20 minutes to the town of Williams. Good roads with no vehicle restrictions. A private camping area that can accommodate a large RV or numerous tents.Almost 6 acres heavily treed with mature juniper. Private lot, fully fenced. Full rv hookups 50 amp, also 110 outlet. Steps from national forest in unit 10 perfect for hunters base camp. Onsite water spigot, rv dump, or use portable toilet in nice outhouse. Very private and quiet.
