Nice 14-acre property in the heart of Golden Valley—a land of dust, wind, and wide-open spaces. It's a great spot for anyone passing through who needs a place to plug in for the night. Conveniently located between Laughlin, Kingman, and Las Vegas, the property is accessible via a few well-maintained dirt roads that are easy to drive, though they can be a bit dusty. The property is shared with the host and one tenant.Dusty is beautifully situated on our 14 acre property, it has water, power (50a) and a septic dump. Nestled in the heart of Golden Valley, AZ
