Located on 3 acres on Kentucky Lake, the Aurora SKY lakeside campsite features full hookups, including 30amp power, water, and sewer. The site offers its own fire pit area and picnic table. Enjoy time on our dock with swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Avoid the crowds of packed campgrounds. Spend a few days in a wooded peaceful haven on the lake. The campsite is located on the upper part of our 3 acre lakeside property. Our home and the campsite are separated by a garage, lending privacy to both. The walking path and dock are shared with us. We are located just 2 miles from Dollar General, Belew's Dairy Bar, and Los Amigos Restaurant. Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area is 5 and half miles away and Turkey Bay OHV Park is 10 miles away. *Please note that swimming and boating on Kentucky Lake are seasonal amenities. Lake water levels are determined by the TVA and fluctuate with the seasons and weather conditions. Winter pool makes the water levels very shallow at our location. Swimming and boating at Aurora SKY are typically fine between early May and Labor Day weekend. Of course, conditions are variable.

      Nice private campsite with full hookups in a quiet neighborhood above Kentucky Lake. Stay includes access to a private dock and the use of kayaks. Stairs to lake are steep, but not terrible. Site is dirt, so bring mats.

      Aurora SKY Lakeside Campsite
      The hosts were very gracious and accommodating! Services as listed. We have a 38' TT, no issues parking/setting up. We had plenty of space for ourselves at the site, however the neighbors houses are within eyesight. Saying that, there was no noise, very quiet. We had a wonderful time. Beautiful area!

      The site is near the road so it’s easy in and out, with full hookups. You have plenty of space to yourself and in a quiet wooded community. Rural, yet close to all you need. The lake is at the bottom of the hill and in view between the trees. We had a nice relaxing fall weekend here!

      Perfect private escape close to eve

      Aurora SKY Lakeside Campsite
      I looked at a lot of campgrounds and RV parks near LBL, but really wanted a more secluded place to feel like I was getting away from it all and enjoying nature. Kim's campsite was perfect for that! We took full advantage of the kayaks & spent some time relaxing on the dock. The stairs to the dock are long and steep, so bring everything with you the first time you go down, going back up is great for cardio! The location was ideal for exploring LBL, about 15 min from the Elk & Bison Prairie & hiking trails, as well as zipping 'into town' for ice, groceries, dining out etc. The only thing to note is that the hookups at the site are on the opposite side for back-in (drivers side as you are pulling and looking at the site head on). Our travel trailer is smaller at 21ft so we were able to pull in, but larger rigs will need to back in & may be running things under the unit. No big deal and there is a good deal of room here to maneuver as you like, just worth mentioning for others. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aurora Sky!

      Aurora SKY Lakeside Campsite
      Great campsite with full hookups and easy access. We have a 33’ trailer and were able to get backed in with very little difficulty. Location is awesome with access to a dock for swimming and fishing. Enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again!
