Exclusive river sites for tenting and traditional full hook- ups with water and sewer and power. The tidal water of the N. Nemah River allow for kyacking to Willapa Bay or just in River at high tide. Searun cutthroat fishing in summer and King Salmon starting August 1st. Located 25 minutes from Long Beach or Astoria there are fun places for day trips. The tiny community of Nemah has only a few scattered farms and homes, my campground, an oyster harvester, and a fish hatchery. I accept RV's of all sizes Bicycle groups can be accommodated within one tenting site on certain sites by request. Please reach out to me for details. Laundry is free. Central, community campfire on the river available. Some private campfires available in the tenting area individual campfires allowed when fire bans are lifted in select sites for safety and fire prevention. Dog friendly Campground on and off leash opportunities . No Pit Bulls allowed for the security and safety of others campers and insurance liability restrictions. My property offers a unique dog friendly exercise area along tideland River frontage. Huge old growth Spruce trees dot the landscape. Long Beach and Astoria Oregon are only 35 minutes away. Both are filled with touristy things to do. The carriage museum in Raymond a must see.

Lovely dry campsite , located in the lower park. Close to the river and privately tucked up against wooded area that conceals a beaver damage behind. This site has a private firepit. Wood available at $10 a stack or bring your own. It can be used as a single site, but it's reserved for a group of 3 or more on 4th of July weekend I can expand the area for a group by adding a large area to the left. Absolutely beautiful location! The sites are a bit close together but we were lucky and the spots around us were empty the whole week. The river access is amazing. Marlisa was kind and checked in a few times and it was nice to see someone was present. All the hookups worked flawlessly. There was an area across the street with more tent sites and a huge area we took our dogs to play. The full hookup sites are right next to the road but it’s not a busy road. There were some logging trucks during the week. Dogs are allowed to be off leash so be aware of that if you have reactive or annoying dogs (like ours) but we had no incidents. We will definitely stay here again, it’s a great base camp area for going to the coast and down to Oregon!

Love this spot! Came here last summer and had a great time. Had to come back last weekend for a second time! Marlisa is an excellent host and goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. Fishing is very good.

For us, this camping trip the campground is part of our journey, not our destination, and we found ourselves camping over the 4th of July. (Ooops.) Where do you camp that’s not crazy when you are people that search out quiet and private yet need a little bit of hook ups for a night or two? I thought I found it and at first, it felt so absolutely perfect. Freeform. Unorthodox. Dogs roaming carefree. A sweet little “Cook Shack” with dining room tables, refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer, elegant and clean wood bathrooms. Group campfire. River with fishing flowing through. 50 acres to roam and explore. One woman owner/host who works the land and provides a well-oiled machine with a touch of home. Once crowded (which I don’t think is the norm but more of a holiday affair) things became interesting but not out of control. Lots of kids on motorized toys. Various types of camping vehicles parked every which way. Dogs on and off leash in pretty perfect harmony. The owner staying alert and keeping her machine in sync. If you don’t like a little chaos, maybe go to that KOA or stay away on a holiday. If you like something different, this might be just the place on a holiday. When everyone left, quiet. Peaceful. Nature at its finest. We will be back. (Hint: Don’t expect a table and fire ring at your site. You will find one but it will be communal. We missed having a table. Cell service was a real challenge.)

Owner continually suggested we cage our dog on property after being there for 5 minutes. My dog was on a leash and bothering no one. Owner insisted the no pitbull policy was listed on her listing but it is no where to be found. If you’re going to make people feel uncomfortable and called out please list rules on your listing. Do not stay here.

Awesome Campground, even better Host! The property is stunning, so much to do, kayaking, swimming and fishing. Great community spaces including clean full bathroom’s and showers, well maintained lawns and trails, and happy friendly campers. Marlisa is a one of a kind. She is friendly, helpful and present in case you need anything, but also gives plenty of space for you to enjoy yourself. She’s happy to tell the history of her exquisite property and what she uses it for year round. Highly recommend, we will be camping here again and again.

We had a wonderful stay at William's Campground! Marlisa was an incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating host who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The campground is charming. It's clean, well maintained, and offers everything you need for a peaceful getaway. If you're looking to unplug and enjoy some quiet camping by the river, this is the perfect spot. The relaxing atmosphere, beautiful riverside setting, and warm hospitality made for a memorable experience. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, serene camping escape.

Marlisa met us when we arrived and was nothing short of wonderful. We had just driven 4 hours to purchase a new travel trailer and her campsite was our pit stop before driving the 4 hours back home. The new trailer didn’t come with a hose to connect to water and she was gracious enough to lend us one of hers. The facilities and campsite was immaculate and she was very accommodating.

I had a great experience camping with the host. Despite my later arrival, they were there to greet and orient me to the camp, and even to provide some additional lighting if I needed it. While I was really only there for sleep in the evenings everything I saw was well set-up, and I look forward to a longer experience camping there with my family!

I stayed spontaneously for one night on Marlisa‘s land. Marlisa was friendly and helpful and provided beautiful new-built bathrooms including hot showers, a shared kitchen area, and water and electric outlets. The only downside was the price - bikepackers usually pay $12 at state parks or $30 at RV parks. Still, it was a beautiful property and the only campground for miles around, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Definitely a must camp here! End of September so everyone just had been there for fishing season. Pretty much had the place to ourself. Everyone here is so welcoming and kind, we had full hook ups a few steps away from river and lots of land to have peaceful hikes. There a little house with just a full kitchen, washer and dryer and bathrooms even with a shower. A quick 35min drive from Astoria which we spent one of our days at. The lady assisting the owner was so kind to give my kids a golf cart tour of the dry camping area and were the walking trails are at. They loved it!!! Everything very well managed and cared for here. I do like to be able to drop trash instead of haul it back but not a deal breaker we will definitely be back.

We had a great time camping in our travel trailer and fishing. The hostess was wonderful and she made us feel very welcome, gave us a personal tour of the best spots to fish. The flushing toilets and hot showers were a definite bonus. Everyone in the family had a good time.
