We stayed at Site 4, right at the start of the meadow, and were lucky enough to have the entire field to ourselves that night. Skye’s property was absolutely gorgeous, we never wanted to leave! It was peaceful, we got a fantastic view of the meteor shower, and even got to pat some extremely cute and friendly pigs. 10/10, would stay again in a heartbeat. The property was like something out of a fairy tale.

We loved our stay at Skye's! Skye is one of the warmest, most welcoming hosts we've had. She and her family made sure we had everything we needed - from trimming fallen branches from a recent storm to ensure our tall van fit amongst the trees, to delivering us firewood straight to our campsite. It's a beautiful, spacious and private. We highly recommend!

Our stay at Running W farm was so wholesome and fun. Skye has such wonderful energy and was so accommodating when we arrived during a torrential downpour to help us figure out next best steps.
The campsites were spacious situated right next to a creek that we explored and dipped our feet into. The toilets were clean and stocked and the fire pits cooled our corn, s’mores and kept us warm. We got to wander the farm saying hello to chickens, ducks, Pigs, rabbits, horses and goats. We had three kids with us ages 19 months through 10 ye old and everyone had a wonderful time. We even brought some farm fresh meats to bring home from Skye’s animals.

A group of us have been camping at Skye's farm for the last four years and love it. We couldn't say enough about Skye and her family's generosity and laid back attitude. She has a wonderful farm filled with pigs, goats, horses, and bunnies. The camp sites are nestled in the back of the farm away from all animals. There are two fully functioning toilets and an outdoor shower on the farm. She recently added an outhouse near the campsites. This is a lovely addition and necessity when one needs a toilet in the middle of the night. We love it here and will continue to come back as much as our time permits.

My friends and I had the best time at Skye's place. The property is absolutely stunning, filled with animals and baby piggies! We happened to have the whole camping area to ourselves, which was amazing. It was so peaceful and we found tadpoles and frogs on a walk through the woods. Skye and her family were so welcoming and even helped us pull our little pop-up trailer when our prius had some issues. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be back!

I can't say enough to describe how wonderful our weekend at Skye's farm was. This is our third year returning and it has now become our annual camping and rafting trip. Skye is an amazing, warm-hearted, and laid-back human being who has made our stays so special. We were lucky enough to catch her son's fireworks display this year and were blown away by her family's hospitality, not only to us but to those in their neighborhood as well. Coming from the city, it's a refresher being able to enjoy waking up to the sound of nature and visiting all of the animals on the farm. The outhouse is a huge plus for those in our group who were a bit hesitant to camp at first. The seclusion is also a major plus as we don't have to worry about disturbing anyone.

Booked a couple of sites and went with some friends - so serene and beautiful! The land is gorgeous and we were tucked away. Far from the road so no outside noise other than nature. Skye and her family were so kind and let us feed the goats and get a close look at all the animals. Our friends had been many times before and we’ll definitely be back in the future with them. Truly the perfect campsite.

Awesome as Always!
Skye was there to receive us with a big bundle of firewood, we had a great time exploring the woods and the creak and visiting the adorable baby piglets (2 weeks old).
The other sites were occupied but there is plenty of room to roam around and not run into anyone.
This was our 4th trip to the Running W and we always love it.

This is the 2nd farm trip with just myself and my 4 year old. We previously camped at a farm in PA and that experience was hard to beat but what set this one apart completely was the campsites themselves. It depends on your preference of course but I prefer a wooded setting over camping in a pasture or near the farmhouse. The sites at Running W are a mix of both.
They're located down the rocky farm road through the woods and each is set off in the corners of a clearing. This is a short walk up the trail/road to the farm. We had site 4 which is the first site you see when entering the clearing. I felt privacy but also not too secluded. The other campers knew each other (they were repeat visitors) and they were far enough away that had they been up late it wouldn't have been much of an issue (they were lovely btw and completely respectful). Skye and Jim (if I remember his name correctly) are available but give you privacy. So friendly but not intrusive. The other people on the farm were the same. My daughter loved every part of this experience. This is a 4 hour trip we'll be making again. Just a note- there's spotty cell coverage and connection on the farm and down the road so keep that in mind if you're dependent on your wifi.

We love Running W. This was our second stay there. The woods and the creek are fun to explore, the animals are sweet, and Skye is a great host. There was even a bouncy house for the kids. We'll be back.

This is our second year staying at Running with Skye and it never disappoints. Skye is an excellent host who's relaxed and easygoing vibes make it an even better experience. We hope to continue our tradition of camping at the farm followed by a day of rafting down the Delaware River. The toilets and outdoor shower are a definite plus especially for those who aren't too fond of camping.

Skye's farm was the perfect place for our camping trip over the Memorial Day weekend. It was a wet weekend so we were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves. Skye and her husband provided us with plenty of fire wood. The water and bathroom are a few minutes walk but not too far. The campsite was large and my daughters loved seeing all the animals on the farm. The farm is also very close to Livingston Manor and some very good hiking trails. We hope to return soon.

Perfect spot for a five-year-old's first camping trip. The farm is beautiful in fall, and the campsites are spaced out enough that it feels like a nicely private campground even with every one occupied, and Skye was amazing about everything. The goats, horses, and baby pigs were the main attraction but the tree swing and bouncy castle were a pretty big bonus.

Very nice farm with lots of animals, especially cute baby pigs.
Site not as private as we expected. If you don't have an SUV you wont be able to drive up to your site, we parked a short distance away and they drove our stuff down.
The woods right behind us were great for a walk with our 8 yo.

We had a great weekend at Skye’s farm! She was a wonderful hostess and very welcoming. We were allowed to roam the farm and see all the animals. We even got to hold brand new baby pigs! The kids loved riding the horse around the ring and Skye even put up a bounce house for them. The tire swing was a big hit, too. Campsites were spotless and spacious. We we traveled with friends and booked sites 1-3 which were all next to each other on the lawn. Site 4 looked far away on the hipcamp map, but was also in the same field. It wasn’t a problem really, but had we known we may have booked that last site ourselves. Everyone was respectful and social distanced. Bathrooms were neat and clean. The sites were accessible by SUV, though there’s one tricky stretch of rock bed. If you don’t want to risk it, you can park at the top of the path and Skye will help you bring things down in her ATV. Beautiful spot, great hosts, the kids are already asking when we can go back!
