Escape to nature while enjoying the comforts of the broader resort campus in our A-Frame units, providing a unique lodging experience adorned with comfortable queen size beds with bedding and a touch of Camp Callicoon charm. Accessible via hiking trails through the backside of the retreat’s 23-acres, enjoy a meandering hike or ride with us through the grounds of one of our golf carts. The glamping ridge area features rolling woodlands, fire pits, and a bathhouse with private bathrooms and individual rain showers, bath towels and bathroom amenities. Immerse yourself in a unique, comfortable outdoor adventure, surrounded by the serene beauty of the Western Catskill’s nature. Callicoon Hills has a Resort Fee of $25 per room per night which is included in the nightly price. Services and amenities include: access to our indoor-outdoor gym, king-sized pool, saunas, yoga deck, morning coffee service in lobby and UV-filtered water taps; Wi-Fi; board games and books; nightly campfire s’mores; and property treasure hunt which earns a complimentary beverage. Inclusions subject to change. Daily Housekeeping is available upon request. The only place we allow smoking or vaping, of any kind, is in the designated area in front of the hotel. You will be charged a $250 fine for smoking and or vaping in your room or on hotel premises. Pets subject to additional fees. Guestrooms in the Pool House are both dog-friendly and Accessible. Luggage assistance is cheerfully provided for those on the second floor. Set behind the main Boarding House, the easy access to the pool and patios will have you feeling like royalty during the day with the lavish bed continuing the trend throughout the evening. The Pool House Kings are 210 square feet with custom-made furnishings decorate the space to create a gathering area to sip and spacious enough for serene privacy all in one place

A Frame Queen at Callicoon Hills
The Afran are cute. They’re in the very back of the resort. The place is very clean the hotel on the property has a breakfast nook where you check in and a bar and grill. There is a sauna. There is a big pool and there is an exercise center. The area is very sparse so if you are looking to go shopping or do anything besides outdoor activities like hunting fishing hiking or seeing Bethel Woods, you won’t have much to do. And lots of parts of the drive there is very little cellular and no Wi-Fi or cellular. I recommend packing books in board games hotel provides s’mores and light fires every night. Very nice trip.

I have a great time there!! The place is amazing, the people are really nice and the restaurant has the best food. I’ll come back for sure. Great place for rest and hiking.
