Camp in the woods

We arrived well into darkness and were worried about finding the camp. It really wasn’t hard and we easily found a flat area to park and set-up our rooftop tent. Left early morning so didn’t get to enjoy the space but were thankful for an easy, quiet, off the beaten path, safe location. Thank you Michael.

Fourth year in a row!

This is our fourth trip to Mike's camp site and we look forward to it every year! Tons of space, always tidy, just enough "amenities", and abutting conservation land so you can just walk out of your site and go for a walk in the woods. We always have a great time, thanks Mike!

Camp in the woods

The land was big enough to feel alone, while close enough to go our for supply runs. The "puddles" during rain get pretty big, but with a bit of leg work and digging out the side trenches, it was fine. The host left wood to be used, had rinse water, and made sure the area was secured. When going to the site, there is a private property sign, that's how you'll know you're there. Great time had by all, thank you!

Loved it!

Such a beautiful spot! So big with different spots to camp. Was looking for a spontaneous night out last minute and he was very responsive. Definitely wouldn’t try without a big vehicle, my Fj did it but a small car might not make it thru the puddles. Very private and peaceful.

Great tent camping experience in the woods on Michael's land. Very private feel. Prompt responses to questions through app. Make sure to have a truck or SUV to access road/navigate larger puddles.

Camp in the woods

This was the perfect spot for our quick overnight stay! We appreciated the amenities including the toilet and the fire pit! It was easy to find given the host-written directions, and we enjoyed having the space to ourselves.
