Big Laurel Ranch

Big Laurel is a working cattle farm on land that has been in our family for 4 generations. The farm consists of 370 acres of bottomland pasture along the creek and quiet woodlands where you can explore jagged rock cliffs and beautiful vistas. The woodlands are undergoing transformation as we continue an ongoing forest rehabilitation project to return our land to its natural

state as a deciduous hardwood forest. Spotted on the farm is an amazing abundance of wildlife including wild turkeys, white tailed deer, pileated woodpeckers, bobcats, coyotes, foxes, bear, and red tailed hawks.

The Reformed Hunting Cabin features a firepit with hanging cookpot, cookware in the cabin, compostable toilet, and swing.

We're a small 46-site campground that's owned by a local family. Our families have been here in Boyd County for generations. Our family dream has been in the works for many years.  At the end of 21, the dream of having a campground in Ashland KY, had actually come to reality.  We had the spot we had been looking for after many years.  The spot that would allow us to create a world-class resort right here in our hometown of Ashland in Boyd County KY.  A dream that will bring to life a place where countless generations will come to create memories that they will cherish for the rest of their lives. We are a multi-member family business.  It's ok. We've been successful in creating several other businesses together, so we're prepared to work together and see this dream fully come true.  Our family consists of people that are Fathers, Brothers, Sisters, Wives, and husbands.  A couple are now even grandparents.  But we are always, family first and that means our friends and team members too.

Our goal is to create another business that not only creates a place to come have a great time.  It's our goal to create a campground in our hometown area of Ashland KY, Huntington WV, and Southern OH where our team members are able to work and live a great life.

Our mission is to take the rewards of our campground business and then "Spread Kindness" throughout the community to all.  Especially to those families with kids that are fighting for a better tomorrow, but just can't seem to get ahead.  We will announce our weeklong kids camp one day in the very near future and the partnerships we're creating that will impact young lives right here in our community.  We are not perfect, but we never give up.  We change direction, but we never lose sight of the light at the end of the tunnel.  This place isn't just our dream. Oasis Point is for you.  It's for our hometown.

Rush Creek RV Campsite

Experience our small and private RV sites in a quiet location in the rural town of Rush, near Ashland KY. We provide full hook ups with 30 amp electric connection, water, and sewage. We also provide wifi throughout the property.

We are an 8 minute drive from Rush Off-Road - a 7,000 acre off-road park with over 100 miles of trails with new trails being opened up regularly.

The RV sites can accommodate up to a 50 ft RV or trailer as well as parking for an additional car or truck. The site dimensions are 30ft wide by 60ft long.

Your RV/trailer must be self-contained as we do not have a toilet onsite. The sites are flat and guests will have to back-in. 

Pets are welcome but you must keep them on leash.

Campfires are permitted as long as there is no fire ban.

The Overlook RV Park

We are a new small RV park located near Louisa, KY in the community of Fallsburg. We are situated between a general store and Blaine Creek, that flows from Yatesville Lake.  We have 6 gravel lots and full service hookups (water, sewer, electric, and wireless internet). We also have security cameras and lighting. A Rustic Ravine Cabin Adventure

 The idea for creating a cabin rental/camping vacation getaway in the Allegheny Mountain Range came to life over several meetings at a Bob Evans restaurant in Columbus, Ohio, between co-owners Paul Liimatta and Joe Boffo. Joe had been accumulating land in the Genoa, West Virginia, area for several years and had dreamed of building cabins, tree houses and uniquely designed vacation rentals and campsites on a beautiful area called Hampton Ridge. Come and judge for yourself ;)

Pine Creek Oasis

When camping at Pine Creek Oasis you have a private area with not to close neighbors. A beautiful view of our farm and crops. And if you are lucky plenty of wildlife roaming around. This is a level gravel spot with a large yard to enjoy.

Hope Homestead Farms General Store

Enjoy a private stay on the property of our General Store. There is a large grassy field for playing sports, walking a pet or relaxing by the small creek. Close to Rio college, mountain biking trails, local restaurants and a short walk to a bar/restaurant. Just a short drive to Bob Evans farms. Not far from Ohio river activities and downtown Gallipolis. Great location, right off 35 for easy travel.

Secluded Peaceful Camp

The property is 4.25 acres in total. The home on the property is occupied by long-term tenants who are not involved with the Hipcamp sites. The land is partially wooded and home to a lovely variety of birds that frequent the area.

Your RV must be self-contained with a functional, non-leaking waste holding tank. You’ll also need to operate independently of water and sewer hookups for waste disposal. Under no circumstances is the disposal of wastewater or sewage on the property permitted.

Skyedanser Campsite

Once known as Skyedanser Farms, horse ranch turned campsite. Five acres of land located “on the hill.” For several generations hay, gardens, and livestock have been raised on this land.

Our campsite is primitive & hosts a picnic table, fire pit, and a grill. 

Our site is located to the right of our gravel driveway at the end of the field.

You'll see a sign for the campsite, walk approx 600ft to enter the site. 

You must camp at our campsite. There are many other landowners surrounding our property. We are not responsible if you camp on someone else's land.
