Red Rock Shadow Ranch RV Glamp Pad

Located adjacent to Jones Bay (part of Steamboat State Park), this exclusive, private RV lot features stunning views of Steamboat Rock, Banks Lake and towering canyon walls.  The private property is situated right next to the Jones Bay campground with easy walking access to the state park, trails, hiking and beaches.  There are several boat launches within minutes and downtown Grand Coulee is a 5 minute drive.

Level space that can accommodate up to a 40' RV plus additional parking available for towing vehicle and boat.  Easy access with a circular drive and wide open space to park that can fit all pop outs.  Electrical hookup (50/30/20) and water are provided as well as high speed internet and trash.

Included with the rental is your private lounge with interior and exterior entertaining spaces.  Inside the heated and air-conditioned 216 sq ft clubhouse is an oversized leather sofa with 75" smart TV and a view of Steamboat Rock and Banks Lake from a spacious window.  Open up the giant shop door, pull up a chair and watch the sun rise over the towering canyon walls in the morning with a cup of coffee.  Later in the day, when the sun is overhead, enjoy the shade outside while playing darts and dining in shade.

In the evening, watch the spectacular sun set over the steamboat rock on a 160 sq ft patio.  When it gets dark, star gaze and see the galaxy with zero light pollution.

Northrup boat launch is less than 2 miles away with a fish cleaning station, RV dump, showers and a spacious launch for your watercraft.

The Ranch

We just got this place gifted to our small family and are very gracious for it.  We don't have much but we're working hard to be self sustainable.Learn more about this land:This is basically a wide open sagebrush grass pasture land my family is homesteading. We've got very basic accommodations.  Camping is anywhere you want as long as you leave no trace (ish). Rocky Ford creek fishing less than a mile away.  The George Amphitheatre less than 45 min away.  (Designated driver to and from concerts can be prearranged for an additional charge) . Plus countless lakes around us full of fish,  swimming,  and fun. 

We do have an electric fence on property.  It really hurts.  Don't touch it.

Country Lane Campground & RV Pa

Purchased by my parents in 2009 with only 6 RV sites, Country Lane Campground and RV Park now has 23 Full Hook Up RV Sites and a number of dry camping/tent areas along with a newly added Cafe that my husband Marc and I have opened to the public. Home Cooked meals and fresh homemade pizza's are available daily from 7am to 7pm.  

Goose Creek RV Park & Cabin Rentals

Established in 1974 by the Bell Family it had been Bell RV Park until our purchase of the park in 2017.  With new owners and new upgrades to the park we felt it fitting to rename the park after the creek that flows to the north of the property, hence Goose Creek RV Park & Campground.

Nestled in the rolling hills of wheat country, Goose Creek RV Park takes pride in its 5 acres of  mature trees and landscape patio sites and cozy cabin rentals.
Located on the east side in the town of Wilbur and walking distance to shopping and eateries.  Swimming, golfing and pickle ball courts are all just minutes away.
Come relax and unwind you will experience quite starry nights and wildlife that roams the park.  
Other attractions for summertime fun are Lake Roosevelt and Grand Coulee Dam, hiking and kayaking ion and around other smaller lakes in the area!
Spokane International Airport and rental cars just an hour away.

Come and enjoy the big sky and open spaces on our Central Washington homestead. From your campsite, you will be able to sit and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets and view of the Cascade Mountains to the West. At night you will only need to look up into the sky to clearly spot millions of stars. You will also be given farm fresh eggs to enjoy with a meal.

On our homestead, you will see chickens and goats. If in season, you can explore the garden.  Enjoy the walking trail right on our property or ride your bikes. Kids will have plenty of room to run, play, and picnic. Children are also welcome to set up their own tent for a night of parent-free fun.

There is plenty of space if you bring your equestrian friends with you.  Just bring your portable corral with you. :) 

With a short drive, you will find seasonal hunting, fishing, biking, hiking (Beezley Hill) , lakes, golf, mini golf, water park, bowling, and a good selection of restaurants. There are also two Walmarts nearby for any of your needs.

A little farther and you will find natural pools at Potholes State Park, Soap Lake, Coulee Dam, and Lake Lenore Caves.

Interesting fact: Our homestead is located on the McConihe Flats. 1200 years ago the Sinkiuse Indians would meet on the McConihe Flats and trade. They would also collect things along the shore of the lake such, as duck eggs and reeds, which are still around today.

We are conveniently located between Moses Lake and Ephrata Washington. Only 12 minutes from either town where you can find Walmart, other stores, and resturants for all your needs.
