The Ranch

We just got this place gifted to our small family and are very gracious for it.  We don't have much but we're working hard to be self sustainable.Learn more about this land:This is basically a wide open sagebrush grass pasture land my family is homesteading. We've got very basic accommodations.  Camping is anywhere you want as long as you leave no trace (ish). Rocky Ford creek fishing less than a mile away.  The George Amphitheatre less than 45 min away.  (Designated driver to and from concerts can be prearranged for an additional charge) . Plus countless lakes around us full of fish,  swimming,  and fun. 

We do have an electric fence on property.  It really hurts.  Don't touch it.

The Oasis Farm

The Oasis Farm is located 22 minutes south of Soap Lake, a meromictic lake, historically known for its unique healing waters.

A growing farm and expanding food forest in the middle of the grassland, The Oasis Farm is definitely a place to visit.

Come to observe a working, completely off-grid farm during the day.

Hang around for a beautiful sunset and usually a chorus of crickets in the evening.  Stay the night in one of the 12 camp sites or 1 RV site and witness an amazing open sky, full of stars.  Awake in the morning to see an equally beautiful sunrise and you'll probably hear the birds crafting their songs.

There are multiple lakes close by where you can rent boats or take a swim.

Wine tasting .. shopping .. fishing .. and more, The Oasis Farm is located 33 minutes north of Moses Lake and I-90.

Whimsy Rock Homestead

Horses Welcome with no extra charge (bring your own corral). Plenty of space to ride.

Come and enjoy the big sky and open spaces on our Central Washington homestead. From your campsite, you will be able to sit and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets and view of the Cascade Mountains to the West. At night you will only need to look up into the sky to clearly spot millions of stars. You will also be given farm fresh eggs to enjoy with a meal.

On our homestead, you will see chickens and goats. If in season, you can explore the garden.  Enjoy the walking trail right on our property or ride your bikes. Kids will have plenty of room to run, play, and picnic. Children are also welcome to set up their own tent for a night of parent-free fun.

There is plenty of space if you bring your equestrian friends with you.  Just bring your portable corral with you. :) 

With a short drive, you will find seasonal hunting, fishing, biking, hiking (Beezley Hill) , lakes, golf, mini golf, water park, bowling, and a good selection of restaurants. There are also two Walmarts nearby for any of your needs.

A little farther and you will find natural pools at Potholes State Park, Soap Lake, Coulee Dam, and Lake Lenore Caves.

Interesting fact: Our homestead is located on the McConihe Flats. 1200 years ago the Sinkiuse Indians would meet on the McConihe Flats and trade. They would also collect things along the shore of the lake such, as duck eggs and reeds, which are still around today.

We are conveniently located between Moses Lake and Ephrata Washington. Only 12 minutes from either town where you can find Walmart, other stores, and resturants for all your needs.

Learn more about this land:Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac but close to the action, our RV Site is conveniently located halfway between the Moses Lake Mud Flats and Sand Dunes (approx. 3 miles) and the Moses Lake Surf 'N Slide water park (approx. 3 miles).  7 minutes to the I-90 exit. Less than 2 miles from Moses Lake public boat launch. Water and 30 amp outlet.  Plenty of street parking for boat, ATV, or other toys.
