The area offers boating, fishing, and an abundance of wildlife (deer, turkeys, waterfowl, bald eagles, osprey. otters and more). Bring your boat and moor at our dock.

Our farm started as a soy field and has exploded into a biodiverse forest of fruits, nuts, vegetables, mushrooms, and more. The land is designed to mimic the strengths of a natural ecosystem so we plant to replicate the forest edge... except everything is edible. Think Willy Wonka's factory but with plants:)

Nature is pretty comfortable with us and interactions with deer, fox, and birds are a common occurrence.

Our property was once a Auto Court back in the 1930's.  of which consisted of 14 Tiny homes as well as a gas station and a restaurant. My wife and I are currently using this location for our tiny house vacation rentals. We started renovations to these jams back in April of 2021 and continuing till today, slowly bring them back to life

Bay Breeze Bungalow

Small shore property connected to the wetlands and the bay behind Chincoteague and Assateague islands. About 20 minutes to the town of Chincoteague and about a half hour to the beaches of Assateague island and the wild ponies that live there. The property is in a small private community that has it's own private marina and dock along with a crabbing pier. Bring your small boat, kayak, paddleboard, crab traps, and fishing pole.

Conveniently located only a few minutes off of highway 13 (but well away from any street noise), welcome to my little wooded haven! Garden, goats, chickens, and a dog and cat provide entertainment, company, and fresh yummies!
