Welcome to Eddie Mae's Tiny Cabin. Just 90 minutes from Washington DC and Baltimore. Nestled in a residential neighborhood on 1 1/2 acres with winter views of the Shenandoah River. Just 7.5 miles from Historic Harpers Ferry, 9 miles from Charles Town Races/Slots, close to Harpers Ferry Adventure Center, River Riders, multiple hiking areas and many wineries and breweries. You will still get the privacy you long for on our wooded spot with a large area cleared out in the middle .
Are you looking for a unique stay while still enjoying the modern comforts of home? Then this is for you! Eddie Mae's is just 288 SF. It has a 250 gal. water holding tank, 5 gal. hot water heater and dry flush toilet. The couch turns into a queen bed, the loft has two twin beds. The property has access to the river walking distance where you can relax, float on tubes (provided) or bring your own kayak. There is also a firepit with Adirondack chairs, a gas grill, lounge chairs and indoor and outdoor games for your enjoyment.

With pets
I wanted to find a secluded spot to rest & spend some time in nature with my dog Olivia. This cabin was lovely with a large rocky backyard that my dog loved climbing around. The location was ideal with lots of trails & parks within a short drive. The cabin has lots of big windows that help take in the excellent view of the mountains. We spent time on the deck and saw deer crossing through the backyard, and later we saw more crossing the front yard. It was very quiet and peaceful. The shower was awesome too. I used the steam shower a few times but the shower alone is really nice & great for relaxing after a hike on a chilly day! We would love to come back to see the area in the warmer months. We never used the steam shower but the house was cozy, TVs in the bedroom with lots of options for kids. Bedding was soft and comfy. Loved the back porch overlooking the hill where you can watch a beautiful sunset. Fire pit was a hit as well! We tried to pitch a tent for the kids but the house is on a pretty sloped hill so it didn’t turn out as planned.

1 night at Wild And Wonderful Silos
Had an amazing weekend at the Silo house! Enjoyed a campfire with smores at night. Played some records and boardgames. Place was clean and exactly as pictured. No long laundry list of chores to check out was a nice plus! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
