John was an amazing host. This is just what we were looking for, a quick 5 min drive to the beach, no sand in the travel trailer, and access to a pool. Just a heads up, the connection for the electric is in the garage and the sewer hook up and water are on the entry side to the rear of the trailer which was no problem for us,. we have a 22’ RPod 192. Our 20’ sewer, 25” fresh water hose and 25” electrical cord was just perfect in reaching the connections, just be aware that you may need longer accessories if your trailer is larger than ours. I highly recommend John’s spot.

I dry camped at a ranch among cows facing a good size pond. It was amazing ! Cows run free at this private ranch and surrounding my campsite, no fresh dung on the grass (dry ones here and there), no flies and no farm smell. A gentle wind at a good flat grassy area, look out for the Texas fire ants, bring pecaridin sprayed long socks. Your amazing host Jennifer will greet you. I met the nicest host ever! In the evening she invited me to feed the animals: beautiful highland cows from Scotland, goats, alpacas and so many other animals. I enjoyed my visit very much. Thank you so much. I recommend this place ! There is a small air field nearby - I watched a biplane practice touch and go. I will return here and read and do crafts for a couple of nights. I did see someone on a kayak.

My husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves.
From walking on the beach to Kayaking the channel, we also really loved swimming in your pool every evening until dark to watch the stars. Honestly your beautiful place had it all!
Thank you for the recommendations for the best fishing spots.
The locals always know the best places…
The neighborhood is really nice. Next time we will bring our bikes.

Thank you John for a wonderful fun stay. We parked our camper and enjoyed the backyard with pool, hot tub, fishing on the canal, sunset/views deck, grilling - lots of sitting areas. It was a beautiful two nights stay. Kayaking will have to do next time we just ran out of time lol. Beach very close. Our hoses did not reach to dump camper but no big deal we dumped at the state park nearby. So full hookup. We will visit again. Don’t know about WiFi did not need it. Enjoy I highly recommend specially the price.

My 2 dogs and I had a wonderful time camping on their farm. They were super friendly and we felt really welcomed there. They offered great amenities but my favorite things had to be the bathroom as funny as that may sound. Overall very pleasant

What a gorgeous 10 star sight. The swimming pool was 20 ft from the salt water and your boat dock. There was a swimming pool with sun screen. Salt water fishing and craving was greatly enjoyed.
Bring your bait net and watch plenty of mullet jumping. Covered patio with a prop a new g rill. Don't forget the hot tub. BACK TO FISHING FROM THE CRISP CLEAN POOL. TRANQUILITY. THANKS

The perfect stop on my road trip! Aislynn’s farm was very peaceful and still convenient to Corpus Christi and Padre Island. The outhouse bathroom was very nice and it was amazing to be able to cook in the pavilion. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our time at the farm! Aislynn was so welcoming. The eggs were delicious. Having such a nice bathroom (though without a shower) and pavilion for cooking was a luxury! It was the perfect landing place for us to get to Corpus Christi and Rockport as well. The site wasn’t very private, but we weren’t bothered at all. Will definitely stay again!

This South Texas spot was a hidden gem. We pitched on a lovely homestead under a beautiful tree with longhorns and pot belly pigs as our neighbors. The host, Aislynn was welcoming and full of knowledge and we enjoyed getting to know her. I definitely recommend this spot for all hipcampers.

This hidden gem should not be missed! Camped under a beautiful tree with easy access to electricity, water and outhouse. Great experience on homestead with incredible host, longhorns, pigs, chickens and beautiful vegetable gardens. We were close to stores and restaurants if needed and extended trip because we didn’t want to leave. If we could we’d stay even longer! Thank you Aislynn for an amazing experience we will never forget.

What a beautiful and unique spot to camp! I would love to host a gathering here if I didn’t live so far away! Aislynn was super welcoming and very informative about her gardens, animals, organic farming etc. we had an amazing site with gorgeous sunsets and the facilities were beautifully decorated and available to us. I would highly recommend spending time here!!!
