We are located on 26 Acres in the Tennessee woods next to Cuba Landing Marina on the Tennessee River. When you book a Cabin, RV, Tent site or The House please be able to arrive before 8pm. We do not accept people after hours. We have both Tent camping in the woods and sites within the RV Park. Camp fires have to be kept small. NO BON FIRES. Hope to see you soon.

What to Expect
Safari Cabins are located approximately a quarter mile from the main entrance to the Wildlife Tour Area. The Cabins at Southland Safari offer four luxurious cabins for guests seeking an adventurous camping experience.
As you make your way through the gated entrance, you can leave the rest of the world behind and step into your very own animal adventure. Surrounding the horseshoe-shaped campground, and behind fenced enclosures just beyond your cabin, are a variety of animals.
Each cabin features a custom-built, comfortable queen bed, plus either a kid-friendly bunk bed or a futon.
Maximum occupancy varies by cabin.

A comfortable and modern camper is the perfect place to stay while exploring The Land Between the Lakes or enjoying Kentucky lake.
The camper is available year-round. In the summer you can spend time at the swimming pool or take a walk on our trail that leads to beautiful Kentucky lake with breathtaking views!
Our camper is in a small and quiet campground, where you can relax and unwind. You will be surrounded by many kinds of trees, shrubs, flowers and wildlife. Every morning you will wake up listening to birds sing and evenings are frog symphony time. You may also have an unexpected visitor - a squirrel likes to have her favorite breakfast (pig nuts) on the porch.
The camper has a comfortable queen bed in the master bedroom, living room with sofa bed and dining table, full kitchen, bathroom and two double bunk beds.
You may spend most of your time on the large porch which is attached to the camper. It has a dining and coffee table with chairs. Most of the time, the camper is decorated with seasonal plants.
We offer firewood, ice and country fresh eggs for additional charge.
Close to where the camper is located, you can find a picnic area and pavilion with a propane grill, fire ring and plenty of firewood.
The swimming pool is open on sunny days from Memorial weekend until Labor Day.
Fisherman can find a fish cleaning station and beautiful pond with a lot of fish and turtles.
Camper is not even 3/4 mile from the lake. Restaurants, a gas station, Dollar general, Old Country store with delicious ice cream, coffee, homemade jars of jams and more are within one mile driving distance.
The Land Between the Lakes offers an Elk and Bison Prairie, many hiking and biking trails, fishing, boat ramps, Turkey Bay off road vehicle trails and more.
Enjoy the outdoors, relax and recharge. Take a break from technology, we currently don't offer TV or Wi-Fi. Games are available per request, no additional charge. You can also rent a stand-up paddle board or bring a boat, golf cart or ATV - we have plenty of parking spaces.

We absolutely loved the Bee Cabin! We will definitely be back! The smell and the cleanliness were absolutely amazing when we first walked through the door. The beds and extra room is super spacious! You will not want to spend any time indoors because of the hammock and fire ring!

The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and clean. The bathrooms and showers were clean and kept tidy. The place is quiet. The host is very nice. There is not much off the exit so make sure to grab food or supplies an exit before arriving. We explored an art wall park nearby. Would totally stay here again.

I slept well in the camping cabin as it was clean and comfortable. Sonya showed me to my site and answered my questions easily. This campground is tucked away from the freeway so it is much quieter than one would expect! Bathrooms were clean, my only recommendation would be a hook on both the bathroom and shower stall doors for clothing and/or shower necessities.
My dog loved all the trees and areas to sniff and explore as well.
Wonderful experience overall and I would definitely stay again.

The staff at this location was top notch!! They insisted that I call them if I have any issues. I did not.
As a women traveling alone, the thing I treasure the most about this place besides: how beautiful it is, how clean the facility is, how quiet my stay was; was the level of safety I experienced. I didn’t have to worry about anyone or anything bothering me. It’s a cozy area, with families and solo travelers too. I could come and go as often as I pleased, and the staff was very accommodating and hospitable.

Our cabin #2 was really clean and comfortable and perfect for our short stay. Sonia greeted us when we arrived and recommended a perfect place down by the Tennessee river to walk and watch the sunset. We had a lovely campfire back at the cabin followed by a great night sleep. We will be back on our next trip through the area.

So first hipcamp booked me in a different cabin that was in the pictures but the manager was still very accommodating and allowed me to stay in the one hipcamp put me in. I was traveling from Los Angeles to Knoxville and needed one last stop to stay in before my arrival so I found this spot on hipcamp much cheaper and yet better than anything I could find on airbnb with no stupid extras fees. I was also traveling with my dog which a lot of places will charge you more but they didn't. Sonya came out as soon as I arrived with a friendly greeting and already had the heater on for me when I arrived so the cabin was toasty. Once I got my keys I drove up a small hill to my cabin settled in and enjoyed my night. Cabin #6 was a natural wood cabin with fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. I slept on the full (or maybe queen) size bed but there was also a bunk in the kitchen area. Best night of sleep in a long time. In the morning my dog and I explored a little of the grounds with tons of cabins, rv, and I think tent camping but as it is January no one was using that plus a little pond. Very quiet and relaxing for a place being right off the highway. Most importantly why I didn't go to a hotel I felt myself and my belongings in my car were safe. I want to go back when the trees are green and it's warm out.

My boyfriend and I were traveling from CA to NC and we wanted a place to stay for the night before we hit Nashville. The location is FANTASTIC, right off of the highway, close to the river marina, and up on a hill which makes it feel more remote. The cabin was adorable, clean, and looked newly remodeled. We would stay in this cabin over a hotel ANYDAY!
There were other single cabins and places for RV's. I can only imagine how popular this place is during the summer. I'd LOVE to come back again in the future with my trailer. :)

This was such a terrific place and a total surprise. Our cabin was solid wood and so clean and quiet. The property is a small, quiet, possibly new-owner(?) camp right off the highway. And even though it is close to the highway, it’s a quiet country road exit and you can’t hear traffic AT ALL.
