We bought this Airstream in 2022 as an old shell. It was junky and a mess, and not much in it other than old scraps and junk. We renovated it in 2022 and 2023, and turned it into a cozy, midcentury modern style Glamper. We tried to plan for every comfort you could want or need, from wifi and a smart TV, to a cute bathroom, Keurig and an Air Fryer. We hope you love it as much as we do. Please note, it is tight quarters, especially for more than two people and large framed people. For this reason, we only allow two guests. We live on a busy street, but the backyard is peaceful and serene. The airstream is parked next to our creek, where waterfowl abound. Only one vehicle allowed.

You will definitely want to spend time exploring or just relaxing on the beautiful beaches teaming with seashells. If you have a boat, feel free to bring it with you when you come, we are very close to the Live Oak Landing boat ramp where I took the picture of the sunset. As the day winds down to an end you can relax by a campfire or just head inside and kick back and watch a movie from the library of dvd's that are available. We rented River Knoll Tent, it was a nice large open space- good stars! The “glamping” tent was very comfortable and clean. We rented the sauna and did the honey tasting - both were great experiences. The sauna got very hot and the honey was delicious. We found a giant checker board near the farm shop which was fun. It sounds like the owners have multiple improvements in the works as well which I’m excited to come back and see. Overall a wonderful experience and would love to visit again!

Quiet, comfortable, and convenient. Almost zero light pollution, so you can actually see the stars. A hot shower and full sized restroom were added bonuses to a beautiful setting and an already great trip. Will absolutely repeat.

Bring your boots because farms can be muddy! The animals on the farm are well cared for, more like pets and family. It is South Carolina swamp area so be prepared. Plenty of area for fun for the kiddos. The guide was very well constructed. The trails were great, I just wish there was about 7 miles of them. If you forget milk and such, Dollar General or Food Lion is just down the road. The cleanliness was perfect for me (the microbiologist)! The accommodations were a little tight. All in all I would highly recommend this site to others!

My favorite campground to date. They were super accommodating when I asked to check in early. The camper I stayed in was spot on with the holiday decor, cleanliness and layout. Being able to look out the windows or stand on the deck to say good morning to my favorite little friend, Batman, was phenomenal. I got to help Macy with some feeding and poop scooping! She was great at answering ALL my questions and telling me some of their farm history and stories in such a way that was natural, casual and especially fun. Impressive all around. The combination of an easy-going and inviting atmosphere with professional standards is perfection.

My kids loved the camper and the farm and had a great time. Fun board games available in the camper and there is a nice hiking trail we walked on during the day. My daughter loved to feed the animals and both kids enjoyed the playground. We made a campfire both nights we were there. Highly recommend and hope to be back in the future.

This place was fantastic! It was super easy to get to, the property was beautiful, and the camper was perfect and spotless. Darren is a wonderful host; he communicated well and made sure I had everything I needed. He even found a car key that I lost on the property and messaged me to let me know he'd set it aside for me. We stay here every year...it never disappoints! Ron is a thoughtful and kind host...the property is well maintained, beautifully decorated,and is stocked with everything you need to have an excellent experience! Ron has added a new covered swing, which we loved and replaced several items to ensure proper working order (new grill and outdoor table/chairs). I chose this site the first year because it's pet friendly...we have returned each subsequent year because we absolutely love this place and feel so comfortable here with our Siberian Huskies!

Ron was an excellent host, greeting us at the campsite when we arrived! He even had firewood chopped up and everything. Ron helped us find an easy bike rental so we could explore the island on bike. Botany Bay is a close car ride away and beautiful at sunrise, as is sunset at the pier on state park land. Everything we were looking for in a summer camping trip: seclusion, great fire pit, and a necessity for June/July in SC: air conditioning. Such a good time! Thanks Ron!
