We are on 3 acres at the base of Paris mountain, only 2 miles outside Travelers Rest, but it feels like you're in the middle of no where. 15 minutes to Greenville, 6 miles to Furman University, and right on one of the main bicycling roads. We have an on site private workout studio with plenty of equipment, including bike trainers (in case it's raining). There are lots of chickens on site so you can have free range eggs.

We love camping and thought what a great place for a quite retreat.
So we made the site into a full hook up RV camp site.
Beautiful location with a view of Table Rock located in the Historic Oolenoy Valley.
Our property is located in Northern Pickens Co. of South Carolina.
Plenty of trails, boating, biking in the area or just sit under your awning and enjoy the wildlife.
Important please read!
There is not evening shade in July and August, However, there are shady spots very close to the camp site that you can enjoy. Where your camper sits the Sun goes down at the front of the camper. It is typically not an issue until mid-July and August. If you need additional details, please contact me.
There are two homes near the camp site. The one behind the site is our home. Just me and my wife, currently no pets. The other home is a small white farmhouse that I currently rent to close friends. Chris and his wife and two well behaved kids. The kind of neighbors' people dream of! In five years of renting this site I have only had one couple that felt uncomfortable with the homes on our driveway. They chose not to stay, and I refunded them. It is very safe here and secluded from the main road. Look at all of the pictures to make sure this is the spot for you. Thanks

This is an incredible area. The property and site is well kept and has a gorgeous view of table rock! Quick access to table rock and other wonderful hikes and water holes.
There is a local bridge with a road closure off the pumpkintown access. But there is still access in and out from dacusville hwy.

The description of the Hipcamp was very accurate. The site was level, hookups were perfect & the views of Table Rock Mountain exceeded our expectations. The location was within close proximity to hiking (Table Rock & Paris mountain) & biking ( loved Swamp Rabbit bike trail & Travelers Rest).
The land offers peace & quiet while being surrounded by nature, with incredible wide open skies full of stars. Steven was an excellent host. We can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed staying at June and Jerry's. It a very nice area and easy to back in. The location to Travlers Rest,
Greenville and surrounding area is perfect, for all the outdoor activities that are all around. I would deffently recommend staying there. We will be back for sure.

Really nice place, they even had extra plumbing and parts in case you needed something to hook up, what a great idea to have that there for people that might have broke or forgot something. I love hearing the pig in the morning when it was feeding time for him and also the roosters.

They were such a welcoming host family. Very kind and accommodating. The rv spot is perfect, easy to get in and out. The location is so close to parks, restaurants in Easley (which were great) and greenville is about 30 min away. We will definitely be back and can't recommend David's land enough.
