We live on the property, so you may see us or our friendly dog around. Please note, while we have a dog, we do not allow guests to bring pets. Things to Know Before You Book This is a SMOKE-FREE property, both INSIDE and OUTSIDE. We want everyone to enjoy their stay and relax responsibly. However, we do not allow any illegal drugs or excessive drinking. If we feel that guests are intoxicated or using drugs, they will be asked to leave, and the police may be called if necessary. The only people allowed on the property are those listed on the reservation. If you’re thinking about having guests, please reach out for permission first. There will be absolutely no parties. There is no TV. We do not offer wifi. Think of this as a place to unplug and enjoy some peace and quiet. Having said that, most cell services work just fine here.” We do have neighbors who are generally quiet. My dog may bark at wildlife. You may be present during my yard work. There is always the possibility of road work. As a rule, it is quiet and peaceful. My yard is a shared space. The beach is shared, too; although we do not have a lot of traffic.

Weekend Trip to Bison Trace Luxury Camping

Easy check in. Beautiful property. I highly recommend this glamping experience to anyone. My friend and I split the Waggin Tails covered wagon and were blown away at how roomy and comfortable it was. The wood and easy start kindling that's provided was a lovely bonus. The coffee shop uses the most delicious beans. I made sure I bought a bag to bring home so my husband could taste them. I enjoyed myself so much that I bought a gift card as a Christmas gift for a family member so they can come experience this campground with their family.

Our little family stayed in one of the tents this past weekend and upon our arrival we found a spacious tent with all the amenities for an outside gathering, outdoor cooking, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and a separate game room. We were so impressed with the cleanliness, aesthetics, and personal touches that were left by the owners. Some shout outs: * We were given a separate heated bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, and a personalized touch of our family name on a sign outside the door * A gathering area or hang out after hours with a fire cauldron * A coffee shop with specious coffee and chai lattes and reasonably priced breakfast options * Pickleball for our kids * Very kind and gracious hosts We will absolutely be back and recommend this as a place to visit to our friends and family!

We had a fabulous three nights staying in the Country Cabin at Angie's Country Cabins. The Country Cabin has it's own parking and outhouse and is secluded from the rest of the property. You are able to follow a path to the main site during the day, but I wouldn't recommend it at night. (That's ok, it is literally a 20 second drive.) We had a great time meeting and chatting with Angie's family and other campers. Every morning we walked over to the main site and had a coffee, showered, and had a relaxing start to our day. Each night we settled around the community campfire and made some food, chitchatted with other campers, and one night pulled out guitars and jammed for a bit. We are already talking about going back in the winter and staying in Reynolds Rustic Retreat -- hopefully we have a few feet of snow and can escape from the world. Angie was always quick to respond to answer questions, both via phone and on the app. In addition she has videos, instructions on the amenities, and various books/games/etc. in the cabins. Stay here, relax for a few days, and get off the grid!

The Love Shack was super cozy and the hosts, Marilyn and Jim, were extremely welcoming and friendly. The Love Shack had everything we could possibly need, pretty much all we needed to do was pack our clothes and food. Upon arrival, we met with Marilyn and her fuzzy little friend, Maggie (she’s such a playful cutie). Marilyn shared with us some vegetables from her beautiful garden and also had a fireplace put it in for our stay (which we were extremely grateful for) as the place was getting a bit chillier now. And Jim lit us a lovely fire to enjoy in the night so we can keep warm while enjoying the quiet under the stars. Overall, the entire stay from beginning to end was amazing and we would absolutely be going again!

We had an excellent stay in the Hosta Cabin, it was cozy and gorgeous, and so was the whole property. The direct access to Lake Erie was so special. Rosemary was kind, personable and helpful, and provided so many great spots to watch the sunset over the lake, and the stars when the sun went down! Although we didn’t end up building a fire, having the pit there was a huge plus. Being only about 50 minutes from the eternal flame falls was the cherry on top for our little getaway. Thank you for helping make our trip to NY special and memorable!!

We had such a wonderful stay! The property is truly special, it accommodates a big group comfortably with plenty of space, and the outdoor kitchen is so well thought out and fully equipped. The cabin is cozy and has electricity, and the showers were spotless and easy to use. We loved the private hiking trail, picnic tables, and direct access to the beach, it made the experience feel peaceful and secluded. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into creating this space, and it shows in every detail. Jon was also responsive and warm. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, nature-filled getaway.
