We acquired the property in 2015, out-competing a logger who wanted to cut the grove for timber. We want the redwood grove to demonstrate to our community, with its long history of forestry, that trees can be commercially valuable preserved in their natural state. You are helping us do that by staying in our woods!

As of 2023 more than 80 work-exchange helpers through WWOOF (World-Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms) have labored to help develop the property in exchange for room, board and a hands-on education. Adjacent to the redwood grove is a permaculture farm that supplies a large share of our nutrition.

The property is also an overnight stopover for bicycle tourists traveling down highway 101, typically from Seattle or Vancouver to the Mexican border who find us through the website Warmshowers.

A breathtaking property has it all. From it's quiet relaxing beauty to the wild coastline and beach to the mighty Rogue River all within eyesite for your campsite. Our 500 acres of scenic walks, wildlife and the option of horses and event riding fishing etc.


Cornerstone Ranch

Cornerstone Ranch is a beautiful 500 acre property on the Rogue River, and bordering the Pacific Ocean. The ranch offers campsites, as well as a yurt. Horses are welcome, as well pets.

From the South GPS is very accurate to our driveway. Coming from the North, GPS may drop you at "Marchmont Farm". Keep driving about another 1/8th mile until you see the large "Cornerstone Ranch" sign. That is our driveway.

The large Yurt Tent about a 20 foot oval. It is part of the Cornerstone Ranch Hip Camp family of sites on the Ranch totaling 7. In a very quiet part of the campgrounds and having a picnic table under a large pine. We have added 2 twin memory foam mattresses and two camping mattresses in the Yurt along with a few other things to make your stay comfortable while still enjoying the Ranch, Coast and the Rogue River and all it has to offer.

The ranch also offers 6 different campsites. Campfires are allowed (outside of burn bans), and there is a toilet on site as well.

She has tons of recommendations, but our favorite was the Indian creek cafe across the river. The areas so great and clean and the host cares about her guests! Would recommend!"

Yes we are a working Horse and Cattle Ranch as well. If your into horses we have an option for you to bring yours for riding the Ranch and the Coastline/Beach. We also have an event course and course ride over the Ranch. Let us know...We have stalls available.

Coastal Forest Farm Camp

Coastal Forest Farm is a 13-acre family farm. The farm is complete

with a seasonal pond, open pastures, and a forest. The forest includes

ferns, a variety of mushrooms (please don't touch them unless you are knowledgable about mushrooms), flowers, and mossy-covered

old-growth Sitka trees. At night you can hear the sounds of the ocean nearby

and the frogs in the forest.

The road to the property is bumpy so please be aware. Also gps will sometimes work so please note the directions provided.  UV filtered well water. This property is a shared space as other campers will be in the front sites.. 7 Mins to pebble beach. 5 miles to Redwoods and 10 miles to the Smith River. Animals okay. Smoking permitted.

Lower Lake Farm Camp

Our full hook-up sites have septic, great water, 30 amp electric, WiFi (most of the time). We are located halfway between Brookings, OR and Crescent City, CA near the Wild and Scenic Smith River, Tolowa Dunes State Park, Lake Earl Wildlife Area, and Kellogg Beach (1.3 miles from camp) on the Pacific Ocean.  The beautiful redwoods and Jedidiah Smith State Park are just minutes away. So many outdoor activities available nearby; Kayaking, swimming, surfing, fishing, hiking, biking, horse riding, bird watching, beach combing, and all the outdoor activities you can imagine.

Barn and orchard...you might even see Shiloh in there.

Green all year!  If you listen close, you can hear the ocean.

We are a small, almost organic farm.  Peaceful and quiet.
