Territorial Farm Stay

Welcome to Territorial Farm Stay and Stable, a small farm in the beautiful South Willamette Valley of Oregon, between Eugene and Corvallis, about 2 hours south of Portland. We are an equestrian property with a stable offering a variety of equestrian activities, and we offer both a Farm Stay cottage and an RV Glamping option (currently not available in fall of 2023).  We are in horse and wine country, with some 10 wineries within 15 minutes and many more within a 30 to 45 minute radius.  And we are surrounded by an outdoor recreational paradise. 

Your Farm Stay experience offers the opportunity to connect with a horse through adding on a Horsin' Around Experience or a private riding lesson to your stay. There are plenty of opportunities to hang out with the horses, help out with barn chores, help with garden/yard maintenance, enjoy the backyard fire pit (fire danger permitting) and s'mores or just sit back and watch the animals and enjoy a good book or a relaxed conversation.

We are pet friendly for well behaved pets with an extra fee.  Both accommodations have a two-night minimum and a cleaning fee, along with 10% Oregon lodging tax.

Our small farm in located just minutes from town in the rural town Independence Oregon.  You will located close to shopping, wineries, hospital and all your basic needs while enjoying the eclipse on private peaceful land.  Learn more about this land:We are a 10 acre farm in the heart of the path of the 2017 eclipse.  We have a very large field to offer wonderful views of the eclipse.  Some shade available.  Wonderful coast range views as well.  Fully fenced and secure.  Close to town yet private feel.

(See photos) Beautiful country setting with easy RV access just a few short miles off I5.  Perfect for the snowbirds or any RV travelers stopover. Your hosts, Robin and Bill have the ideal location for your base camp for experiences and sights too numerous to list.   We are native Oregonians who have been camping all over the state all our lives and can suggest many hidden gems to visit. (A few highlights listed at the  bottom). We are just two miles from Willamette Valley Vineyards. The Enchanted Forest AND Salem, our capitol is only minutes away!     There are plenty of recreational opportunities such as hiking, biking or kayaking nearby.    Or Perhaps  you just want to read or simply relax?    Whether you prefer boondocking or are finding RV parks overcrowded and expensive... if you don't need hookups we have just the spot! The Flying F Ranch Bunkhouse

We are a working black angus cattle ranch in the Willamette Valley.

Our neighbors include wineries, vineyards and commercial farms. We've been at the property for 22 years and would love to share it with you!

The bunkhouse in nestled in the middle of a 115 acre pasture, surrounded by timber. As a "working" ranch, you will be sharing this space with the herd. They may be curious about you, but will not bother you.

Roshambo ArtFarm

Close to area cities, but private and beautiful. Campsites are along the woods in an open meadow. We have a tasting room nearby where we serve cider, perry and wine that we make here (open Fri-Sun, 3-9pm in summer). Lots of great bird watching, beautiful gardens and great backdrop of the coast Range. 

The tree line behind the garden shades is where the glamping tents are located.

They happened to have live music during our stay - it was such a blast! :)
